The staff is simply amazing: kind, always ready to help, always greeting you with a smile on their face. Breakfast is good and fresh and plentiful. Rooms are big and everything was clean. Beds are small, but they are very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here.

The fact that is was very cold was a bit of a bummer. The AC can not be used on heat also. My husband called at the reception asking if we can turn the AC on heat and the answer was " no, not possible". However they did not offer an extra blanket or a heater....The next day I went on ti buy warm clothes for the night, as it would get very cold in the room. Only in the 3rd night we talked to someone else and immediately they brought us both blankets and room heater. So I guess first person we talked to the night we arrived did not understand our need, because the rest of the staff was really really kind and helpful. There is no massage service, but this is informational. It is not a negative thing.

Had a brilliant stay. Cannot fault hotel. It was clean, in a good location, served a great breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful specially Mr Haythem in the reception, he was very helpful . Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again

The only thing I didn’t like is the hotel entrance, could be better.

Firstly, I really liked how friendly all the staff were. From the moment you step in the hotel you feel welcomed. Upon check in, we were received by a very friendly gentleman, I think his name is Ayman. The staff will go above and beyond to give you a special treatment which is much appreciated. We booked the suite which was very spacious, clean, fresh and absolutely spotless. I'm a germ freak, even before covid, so cleanness is my number one priority and I was not disappointed. Room service was perfect. And breakfast was nice. When I asked for late checkout, they were very understanding and told us to take as much time as we needed. To sum it up, this hotel is perfect and I'll highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuwait. As for myself and my family, we'll definitely be staying in this hotel in our next trip.

I liked the staff, they were always kind and friendly and helpful. I also liked the rooms they were very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good as well and the overall lobby.

The neighborhood area could be improved in terms of comfort walking but it had a lot of useful shops for anyone coming for a short stay so this is a minor thing. Also It would help if the hotel had its own taxis, because calling taxis is an exhausting process for the employees so this would help as well.

The staff was very attentive and super helpful. They extended our check out due to the late flight free of charge. The hotel has very nice panoramic view from the rooms and the restaurant is located in floor 17. The location is good too, within a walking distance to Al Shaheed park.
