I had a major surgical procedure, I cannot thank the staff more for making all necessary efforts to make my stay as easy and comfortable as possible. I have not experienced such care in bigger hotels but lived it because of the dedication of the staff.They arranged wheelchair whenever I needed,they helped me stand, sit, and with every need to move post-surgery.Even push the wheelchair all the way from my room to the car waiting for me at the entrance when going out or coming back in.They provided me with extra pillows and tissue when I needed.Food at the hotel kitchen is amazing and not expensive. Immediate response to fixing any issues in the toilet or any amenities provided.I enjoyed my rest after the surgery and eating the food i ordered from the kitchen in my room.Great staff and very friendly,would greet me every time they see me,and check on my if I need anything like a thousand times.Made me feel home and taken care of very well.If I had difficulty else where in Kuwait,their professionalism and friendliness made it so comforting for me.They have made big impact on putting up such a good image of how staff should be handling guests coming to Kuwait.

The location of the hotel gives access to Assima mall, Al Hamra Shopping Center, Souq Sharq, Mubarkiya souq and other commercial properties within walking distance or 5 minutes drive only. Excellent staff and service provided with highest consistent professionalism from housekeeping to management and willing to go extra mile for the guest. The is Salon available and the booking rates are excellent in the heart of Kuwait city. Booking airport pickup was very easy and smooth, same goes to check in process. The room found very clean and tidy. Excellent space for just 2 persons. Staff were kind and generous to keep my big luggage in their luggage store so I can have all room space for myself. Connected rooms are also available if more than one room required.

Nothing I didn’t like. But, one area of improvement is to make specific special terms more visible and clear to guests especially the ones related to Kuwait and Islam culture and behavior code.

The reception staff especially Clariene and the guy in charge at night with glasses were really hospitable and would go out of their way to help you with directions, storage and check-in etc. I travelled with my adopted grandfather who was disabled and everything was very accessibility friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and wifi was strong. The location is also very central at Sharq right next to Al Hamra Shopping Centre and quite close to both the Kuwait Towers and the Main Souq. Overall a very pleasant stay and highly recommend it to you all.

Nothing much really, probably it is a bit pricey and expensive since breakfast was not included for our stay but you get what you pay for and truth betold this is one of the cheapest options we could find. You must also take into account the fact that Kuwait in general is quite an expensive country itself anyways.

The best: the staff was really great, everyone was friendly and helpful. We've got an upgrade and late check out. Big thanks to all the workers. The bed was great, bathroom very clean. The location was really good too. Close to the mall, Kuwait towers and a convenient local buss to go around the city. Sustainable actions such as glass bottles, douch gel dispenser.

The interior and furniture are quite dated and a bit unpleasant. There was only one socket (the staff has provided an adapter but it stayed poorly attached. Bathroom has. no space to place your belongings. The inner side of the window was full of hand prints.

Breakfast was rather good, they can add lactose free and gluten free options for those with sensitivities. The staff was very helpful, whoever I spoke to did their best to help. Special thanks to Rishaz for his understanding, assistance and cooperation. He made my stay for more comfortable. Thank you Rishaz! The only significant downside would be the gym. It is a very small room with no ventilation and the equipment is very limited. The fact that most visitors don't know what a yoga mat should be used for does not help either. You simply should not stand on it and do the dumbells guys! I would certainly stay there again but would want a better gym! Thank you everyone!

"I had such a wonderful stay at the ibis hotel in Kuwait. The service was exceptional and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. The hotel is conveniently located near several malls, such as Al Hamra Mall, Assima Mall, and Al Rayah Mall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a long day. - Overall, I was very impressed with the ibis hotel and highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Kuwait i would definitely stay there again in the future.

Very clean room, nicely furnished (I have to admit I like the functional, no-nonsense Accor style). Great location, at equal distance from the main attractions of the city; close enough to the main bus station as well, for those who prefer to avoid the cost of a taxi ride from/to the airport by taking a [much, much cheaper] bus to the center, followed by just a short taxi ride to the hotel. Good wifi, beautiful views from the upper floors, even if sometimes they can be obstructed by the nearby even taller skyscrapers. All in all, excellent value for money. A special note about the reception staff: two very kind, friendly and hospitable young ladies whom I really enjoyed talking to while doing the check-in formalities. The late checkout they offered me out of their own initiative was a blessing, very much appreciated indeed.

There's hardly anything I don't like about Ibis. In their category I believe they aced all aspects of hotel management. From layout, to choice of furniture and interior design including the small details in their bathrooms. Efficiency, practicality, asthetics, quality and value have all been taken into consideration. This is from my perspective as a solo business traveler on a budget.

As a whole package with special emphasis on value (pricing) there's nothing I've found objectionable or in drastic need of change. I'd commend them if they maintain this level of quality and service in the upcoming years.

I knew already the IBIS quality . I love the location , in the heart of Kuwait Sharg area. close to everything . The room is a good size for a solo occupant , wetroom is decent .Breakfast had everything you need ( coffee is great ) . the staff were all just nice and helpful . Room service ( vital during monty of Ramadan ) was exceptional. lawrence was really friendly and efficient . The parking was certainly an added value .

The hotel is located centrally, the view on the city is nice from higher floors, moreover the breakfast is excellent. It does offer an optimal variety of cold and warm dishes. The hotel is perfectly suitable for short stays.

I selected payment on arrival, and I did signal that I will arrive only around 10 p.m. Still, the hotel subtracted the sum from my card, which was indeed cancelled once I checked in, however, I did not like this lack of trust and I feel it offensive towards the costumer.
