The Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was booked to get away from work and city life which the hotel already good at. Hotel facilities were just good , good café and good restaurants.

I booked a none smoking room , but after a day it seems the room next to us started smoking and all smell was getting in my room via toilet vent, the staff suggested to change my room but i only had one day left so i lived with it .

everything was great. i always come here to relax and spend quality time with the kids

the food has changed and is not good and the beach needs to be cleaned from rocks that at inside the seashore. we cannot go in the sea water because there is a lot of stones i have said this 3 times already i hope something is done about it. this will cause serious injury to all residents. plus for the price paid i have the right to have a clean beach-stones free. not fair for the customers.

The staff was so nice.Very clean and comfortable hotel.The pools ad beachside is very beatiful.

Because I was alone they didn' accept me to infinity pool even it was so empty.I was at poolside like 9 but I can't drink a coffee until 11.30 because the bar was close until 11.30.Even after 11.30 you can't even drink a coffee at poolside.I can understand to not eat something at poolside but here you can't drink anything.My room had a wall view.

Being a frequent visitor of this hotel since opening and it’s my first choice to stay in when visiting Kuwait, the breakfast quality not as previous years. I can tell that the food was not as expected.

Everything was ok! there was an issue with fridge but they fixed. some items were missing but the provided after requesting (trash bin and kettle). Nespresso machine needed maintenance in Room 2317. But all in all Great experience.

I liked the general atmosphere in the lobby. I liked how there was a swimming pool just for the family (more privacy and comfort area). I liked how everywhere smelled nice and was neat and clean. I liked how house keeping kept asking if I needed anything.

Nothing available to have fun. room service menu was limited, spa is not professional, I had a discount offered by booking and the staff dod everything not to honor it! they had to later! No parking available during Eid vacation, valet is available but the company that manages it hires the worst and rudest staff ever. The hotel manager tried to help but they didn’t even respect his wish! location is ok , sea front is near by and so is salmiyah area for shopping. cleaning service was just OK! need to be improved.

Fantastic service, quiet pool area , amazing and attentive staff at breakfast.

The only improvement would be the grout area the bathroom floor edges needs a good clean, showing signs of orange mould and the horrible shower curtains replacing.

check in- out was slow! Dining in resturants is costly , food price is very expensive! Room rate is high for weekdays booking!

Check out policy was so good. No rush no sharp timing and no calls. I slept too late (4:00 am) and didn't wake up early. They only called once at noon (12:01 pm) to ask if I want to extend or check out. I said I am not staying but I just woke up and how much time do I have. The answer was that I can check out at 2 pm. I had enough time to drink my coffe, order private breakfast and take a bath and shower. Lastly, I checked out at 3:20 pm with no one knocking or calling. It was a peaceful stay. Just what I was looking for clear my mind, to turn my phone off and stay away from being busy.

Service was excellent. I have nothing negative to mention except the style of the corridors and rooms of the hotel. They look too woody and too old style for a hotel of this location and size. Also, the lighting at night, outside at the pool area, are somehow a mess. The colors of lighting must be matching and stay all warm to give a luxury and majestic look. Blue and green lights give the hotel a cheap look and not luxury at all. Also, too strong, too direct lights annoy eyes. Just look at the french people how they light Paris and you'll understand what I mean. Lighting is art.
