the whole theme of the place is amazing, location wise, Arabella is next to it which gives lots of eateries option. many kinds of pools makes no place for boredom. this is my first visit and I have made another booking for next month. I loved The Breakfast at The Roof Top restaurant and Lounge many variations of food 👍🏻 oh and Pain au chocolat is heavenly 😋😋 staff were friendly and welcoming… lovely experience 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

the long sofa which I used as a bed wasn’t comfortable, I wanted to spare the money for an extra bed since I’m on a budget. I forgot my toothbrush at home and couldn’t find in the bathroom, it would be nice to provide a set of brush and paste alongside the toiletries. I that’s it everything else is perfect mashallah 😍 wished fir the little cabanas near the pools would be all fully operating,

Our third visit, lovely and exceptional experience every time we are there,,, lovely and welcoming staff, especially Michelle and Baher we’ll be cack in the winter to try swimming in the heated kidney pool 🥶🔥👍🏻 I really noticed the high standard of service, getting a call from house keeping to see what we needed,,, fetting a visit from them too to give us extra towels, and toiletries, got a plate of fruits and a plate of sweets that made the kids feel super special and happy… our favorite family getaway destination for local tourism 👍🏻👍🏻 ow and bravo for providing toothbrushes and toothpaste too 👏🏻👏🏻

I did not have any expectations for the property and thus have been positively surprised by the rooms and by the service culture, specially from Housekeeping team. Good service from Reynald and Imam at the reception. The gym is excellent and the breakfast was good, with lot of choices and quality products. I believe there has also been some upgrades in the rooms - felt clean and some items such as hangers were brand new.

It’s a tough property to run as the facility is old and the buildings design, corridors, and smell in the corridors feel more like a low/mid management staff accomodation than a resort. The diving center which I know is outsourced has a big issue. I chose that hotel because there was a Padi dive center in it, and upon arriving they mentionned they do not dive - only sometimes during week-end, but anyway the boat is under maintenance …? Not the hotel’s fault but clearly something to address as it feels like a scam. If they don’t dive and only sell products, I suggest to remove from the hotel website as it’s misleading.

Everything is nice 👍🏻 the place is vibrant and beautiful.. as I said in previous reviews it is my favorite weekend getaway spot for me and my kids… this time we discovered the Play Room area for kids, each kid gets free two hours to play and have fun… which made my kids ask me to book again and again… I will do it as I got my me time too knowing they’re in a safe place 👍🏻

About the Pool Bar… I ordered the mix grill after asking if they were spicy or not… the staff member told me it’s not spicy, but after getting the order they turned out to be super spicy… please take extra care of the kind of spice you provide to the kitchen… Oh and the folding extra bed was not comfortable at all, should look into that too.. 💕

The staff was helpful.. Big thanx to Julma & Julia. The food was varied and l like the omlette cooked by that beautiful African lady. My boy loved the facilities and had alot of activities to do

I lost my boy's back-bag with his toys and they couldn't find it. More Cafes and franchise is needed. The mini bar is little and expensive

The rooftop restaurant staff, the pool and beach gaurds, the housekeeping , the spa and saloon and the customer service receptionist , are all so welcoming and friendly.. all were working to make us feel comfortable.. The room size was big and the bed is very comfy.. they even have multiple types of pillows to choose in between.. I tried the breakfast and the dinner boufeh, both were good.. multiple choices of fruits and pastries .. omlette and saj station.. there was also waffles and pancake atation for the little ones.. I tried their relaxing massage, was ok but the atmosphere was not that relaxing.. as you feel yourself in a saloom not a spa. But it was fine as the staff were super friendly. The pool and private beach area was great, very clean and conveniet. There are three pools plus one more for little babies, good for families and life gaurds all around the area. Fresh Towels are provided . Pool bar was good too.

The swimming pool was really cold, although the weather was hot , but we felt really cold most of the time. The nursery staff were really unfriendly with neither the children nor the parents. They hardly even smiled! I dodnt want to try the nursey experience i didnt want to ruin the good time we are having in the resort due to the bad attitude of these unprofessional ladies. After all, i spoke to the customer service agent regarding that, and he was really polite and respectfull promissing he will take an action regarding that.

The children's playground on the beach needs renovation now. The floors are so old that the colors stick to children's bodies and some of the games do not work. Food delivery not allowed 🚫 to be picked up by staff u need to ask reception to send golf cart to pick you up and drive u to the gate to pick up food delivery 😉 . FYI room service menu expensive

The property itself is very nice. The facilities are amazing, we loved the beach, it was clean and no rocks. The pools are amazing, my family loved the kidney pool as the temperature was warm. My daughter loves the kids club and the kids pool. The room is big and clean. The staff are amazing!! From check in Mr. Loai was very nice and accomodating as well as the bellman Mr. Baher who helped us get to our room. The lady who cleaned our room the next day is very polite and did a very good job making our room smelling fresh, I forgot to get her name though. Mary June, the rooftop hostess is very cheerful, she's a pleasant sight with her smile which will make you feel welcomed. Definetely coming back again and I highly recommend this property. I also want to thank the hotel for the birthday cake they provided when we checked in 😊

Nothing..but there is always room for more improvements on the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. The pastries and cupcakes can be improved as well as the desserts on the buffet. Aside from that evrything is awesome!

The location of the Hotel was excellent , there are so many facilities around you We stayed in two room apartment which was amazing , the rooms are big enough with all your needs ( iron - hair dryer and all the shower stuff ) The room has also a mini kitchen with refrigerator - microwave and water boiler ) The bed is so soft !! ( its a plus ) !! The breakfast was delicious but need more options . The pool area was clean ( the pool - chairs - towels - floors ) .

The room was lovely and spacious and bed was comfortable. The staff were very professional and polite although slightly reserved. By day 2 it was more relaxed and friendly. The gardens were stunning and the beach was beautiful. Definitely would stay again when its warmer so I can make proper use of the outdoor facilities. Breakfast had an amazing choice of different varieties.

The only thing I did not like was that no one came to clean the room and empty bins etc. I had a bag of rubbish by the door my entire stay and ran out of toilet roll and there was no spare to use. Had to ring housekeeping to ask for someone to bring some up. All 5 star hotels i usually stay in are cleaned and check everything is re-stockted on a daily basis .apart from. That it was good.
