All the staff is extremely good especially Me Firdous at the reception was very attentive to all my special requests!

The rooms lights are very less and we can’t see properly ! Mr Firdous promised that the Hotel management is already aware and will upgrade the rooms in 2023

Everything except wifi in my room is very satisfactory..especially all personel are very helpful , warm and make me very comfortable , special thanks to front desk personel,

wi fi in my room did not worked properly , ı think there was some technical problems but after my complaints , it was quickly solved and was not be a big problem ..thanks to hotel managment for their prompt action to solve it

this is my third time staying in the same hotel. I have visited Kuwait too many times, but I have never had the same experience staying in a hotel like a millennium; it always feels like staying at home. The customer service is amazing and very friendly as they never say no! They help as much as they can with a smile on their face. you call customer service and you hear them knocking on your door in less than 5 minutes! (what is better than that). the breakfast is good but can be better for the type of hotel, the restaurant is okay for its size and the live cooking station is amazing and well-known for its omelet.

only one thing happened during my breakfast, I asked for a banana and the waiter told me that they don't have one, after a few minutes, I asked another waiter and he brought me a banana!

They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early . I got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there big thanks for Mr. Firdous for his kind support as he was there in my check in he provided the best support ever, I have stayed at dozen of hotels in (Kuwait). This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Helpful staff Good facilities

The gym was not open in the evening There was a planned electricity cur for three hours and there was no generator or alternative line to help people in the hotel

This hotel is excellent for any purpose of stay. Staff is very attentive to details and well trained when it comes to solving problems and helpful. Receptionist were very cooperative especially when i did not have cash money to pay for the taxi and had borrowed me some. Breakfast is ultimately one of the greatest with many nice choices and the service is actually TOP! would definitely be back tot he property to stay. Housekeeping team is amazing as well along the laundry team that had finished my whole cabinet in less than 12 hours (bug THANK YOU!!) and kudos to the supervisor that came in and helped out with packing and unpacking and giving me some very comfortable flip flops which fitted me perfectly. This property deserved more than 5 stars and i am grateful for everyone in this hotel and a big thank you to the receptionist that checked me out. He was very pleasant and very well-mannered. Beautiful Talents in this property and this is why i will always choose this hotel when i come to Kuwait on quarterly basis.

The visit to this hotel was fantastic, the hotel took my notes very seriously, and they received me at the reception exceptionally. The workers were very friendly, and the managers take great care for the customers comfort to a personal level. They always followed up with my if I was comfortable with my stay and made sure that I enjoyed my stay. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great comfortable stay.
