these guys knownhow to make breakfast i can tell u that

u cant sit on the beach and have a coffe unless u have the buffet gym is so old i only had seen these types of equment on old bodybuilders on youtube in the 90s so its bad the swimming pool is small and the water is half clear check for me was only allawed at 3 oclock and they said they will call me when the room is ready but they didnt u have to pay a deposit of 20 kd for minibar and u cant request to empty it beforhand other hotels were really easy chicking in and out (like for ex : (alkout beach hotel) i had better experience overall there

Firstly, Arabic Coffee is served while checking-in! Ms. Jovelyn at the reception is wonderful along with other staff. Breakfast is superb and they should maintain the variety and quality in my opinion. Very clean hotel with staff ready to offer help.

Electrical outlets in the table where I can work with my laptop - there's almost none (which is surprising). Checked the lampshade area where I can connect my cellphone charger - also none. There's one along the wall just a foot from the floor (probably for the vacuum cleaner)

two things: 1- I can hear what is going on at next room, sound isolation is not very good. 2- the hotel was not flexible when I asked for just one hour more at check out. Check out time is 12 noon, and asked it to be at 13:00 but wasn’t really accepted by the hotel, it was Friday prayer time and was forced to check out earlier than 12 just because the hotel wasn’t flexible. when I asked for manager to talk to him , they said he is not available , and won’t be until 2 pm.

the staff are friendly and very helpful I asked for late check out the man who was in charge helped me a lot I paid for a honeymoon package it was really nice and my wife loved it so much 🥰

the outdoor restaurant they force you to order the whole menu even if you just want to drink a coffee they give 2 options menu but in general the food was good anyway, we ordered for 1 Person and it was fair enough the breakfast was good 👍 I ordered Omelette and Crepe the omelette was okay but am sure I’ve tried much better from my experience, the crepe wasn’t done well it became as pancake 😅

From the start to the end, everything when well. The staff was accommodating, the breakfast was fantastic and delicious, and the room nice. The front desk staff, Ms. Sanita and Ms. Meunda were highly efficient, pleasant, and helpful. The room was terrific, clean, and perfect, thanks to Ms. Norma.

wide room , comfortable furniture , nice kitchen , perfect in general .

the wooden cupboard to be re painted with proper expert workshop . axis to flat from hotel building must be covered or through air condition path. run with above is strongly recommended .

The location is excellent, with easy access to a nice restaurant—one of the best breakfasts I have experienced staying in a hotel. The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable.

the location was perfect, breakfast buffet was delicious, checking in/out experience was easy and swift. Staff was professional.

I asked for 1 king bed but they provided 2 twin beds adjacent together. So the dividing line between the beds make sleeping uncomfortable.

breakfast and staff are all amazing, Mr. Seif, the manager is a superstar and gives the establishment a premium touch. Food is great, Gym is decent, prices are fine compared to other places.
