The room is pretty spacious with a nice view of the city. The location is perfect for remote work and exploring West Beirut - walkable to the American University of Beirut, Pigeon Rocks, the Corniche, Zaitunay Bay, etc. Lots of food places and grocery stores on the ground floor of the hotel and along Bliss street. Staff is attentive and helpful. WiFi is working great and we were able to use Zoom call for work and streaming Netflix with no problems. Highly recommended.

I cannot even begin to explain the wonderful experience I had staying at this hotel. Such a wonderful and lovely staff that are ready to go above and beyond their duty to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. I became sick during my travel, and the hotel staff personally escorted me to the nearest hospital to get treatment. They even stayed with me until they were sure I was safe and sound. Even in these trying times, their positive outlook and joyous nature is a true testament to the heart and soul of the Lebanese people. Also, this hotel has the best hotel fitness/gym I've ever used.

One of best experience ever, it was extremly above the expectation. Thanks for such amazing hospitality. Beds are so compfy. Room was so big and have all items required for a family. There is space to improve the cleaness in the room, it is highly recommended to change the mat. Including breakfast would be also great. Prices are fine but slightly higher than market which can be reassesed and get lowered. Including shuttle from/to airport as part of the booking would be great

- The city view is amazing. - The room was very clean and the cleaning service lady was very nice. - Check-in was very smooth.

- Booking didn't show the exact amount to be paid at the property. The required amount on booking was $214 for 2 nights, but then they explained that there's an extra charge from booking and it's an additional of 1.8 or something which came up to $240.

A big thank you for Nadia from the reception who tried to get us a free upgrade, even tho she couldn't due to limited availability but she still assigned a room on the higher floors which is a MUST.

The carpets are orange now. They were supposed to be red. Give them the final rest they deserve by changing them !

Everything great place staff were so helpful. The sea view was worth paying for and the apartment was so clean and big

Nothing wrong at all. 1 irritation was the lift needs you to tap your room key to make it move! The room key cards needed to be replaced 10 times over 5 days. You have to leave the lift to change the card xcx

The sea view was lovely from a high floor. One the first night we had a low floor and the traffic was noisy and made it hard to sleep. For the rest of the trip, the staff gave us a higher room and it was perfect. The location is nice, many restaurants and shops to easily walk to. The front desk staff can help you with sim cards and currency exchange. The hotel can charge your foreign card in USD. I would stay here again.

- no option for in room dining, however you can order from near by resturants - housekeeping didn't put enough towels and the room didn't have any shower robe despite having modern pathtub with a view outside the pathroom

Due to traffic in bliss street the cars honking at night or day time were heard even when we were at 12th floor. So the windows aren’t sound proof and sometimes its annoying yo hear those sounds when you’re asleep

Great location. Minimalist design. Hot rain shower. Balconies with a view. Warm and lovely staff. Coffeeshops and restaurants nearby. Close to Zeitouny Bay. Parking spot available in case you rented a car or motorbike.

Had a very short stay so didn’t really notice or experience any nuisances.
