I appreciated the hotel's courteous staff, competitive pricing, and prime location. Their integrity was commendable, as evidenced by their effort to safeguard a sweater I had forgotten. Additionally, the hotel's stylish ambiance and immaculate rooms significantly enhanced my stay.

I liked everything, it was great, great location for this price. It's in the middle of beirut, a nice street and again a great location.

All was great, but I have only 1 thing and it's not that much, is that to take a shower you should wait 2 mins before going under water, so to get hot water you need to open the hot water for 2 mins and after this all will be great.

Nice cozy hotel. Location is very convenient with some restaurants and cafes open till late hours. Staff were helpful especially Lobna, she was always available and giving recommendations even beyond her working hours. Will sure be staying there again.

The staff is very cooperative and kind, they didnt hestitate to give the helping hand once i need, they even accepted to change the room and do their best to satisfy our stay. The room was so clean and tidy and there werent any difficulties. I recommend the hotel and you will find the guys flexible and responsive.

One of the room service staff wasn't professional, he is rude, disrespectful and liar He insisted to take fees related to mini bar (water and soft drink) however, only water was used

I made my reservation an hour before my arrival at the hotel, and my room was ready and clean. The reception staff, Madam Lebna and Mr. Ayoub, were very cooperative and respectful.
