some facilities require maintenance, the door of the toilet can’t be closed, the door of the balcony were wrecked

Though I understand the reasons why, I was a bit disappointed that the steam bath and the Arctic room were out of service in the spa. And the outside pool is big on surface, but a bit short to really do swimming.

I liked everything starting from the location, the view, the staff, the room and to the facilities. The hotel is beyond remarkable!! Nadia and Ali Marji, from the staff crew, were extremely hospitable and welcoming to me when I arrived! Nadia was beyond wonderful, she helped me settle in, facilitated and helped me out in everything i needed ❤️She was always available when I needed her. Ali Marji was such a gentleman, when I arrived, he helped me out of the car, took my luggage and looked after, took care of me, leading me all the way to the room and showing me around the room. He made sure I was comfortable and happy 🥹🤩 Lastly, I also want to thank Fadi and Ganinen for their warm and gentle welcome 🤩

The location, the style, the spaciousness of rooms and halls. The hotel was built with a nostalgic mindset where everything in the hotels seems grand and royal.

We faced one problem with the hot water which was a maintenance issue, it was fixed and the team handled it well. The hotel may need a renovation soon, but it still looks very grand a luxurious

Staff are friendly and super helpful from the front desk, conceige till the housekeeping, BIG thank you to Nicole who made our life easy and facilitate all the issues. Hilton staff made everything possible during our stay to comfort us.

Late check out due to leakage in the room bathroom AC was on and off during our stay due to electricity tripping

big rooms with amazing balcony and view . location was very close to my work place 5 mins and 10 mins from every other places . Area is very safe Pool and gym were great .

Construction was taking place at the nearby Mall and the noise and presence of workers made me feel uncomfortable while trying to tan at the pool.

Room spacious and with great views. Breakfast superb with very friendly staff. Location great and felt very safe.

In the room there were one or two minor issues like a bedside bulb not working and cupboard handles were loose. These are basic issues which could be rectified easily.

Room was large and extremely clean, with great panoramic views. Breakfast was excellent. Location is very convenient and central. Overall our stay was excellent with great service provided by the staff, all members of which were very hospitable and friendly. Special mention to Mahmoud at the reception and to Rabih and Ali at the concierge. Highly recommended.

Very nice and comfortable stay. Enjoyed the pool very much during the hot summer daytime. Staff was friendly and helpful with everything we needed.

The breakfast could use some upgrade. It was very poor especially given the Hilton name and the cost. Coffee was really nice though. Strong and good quality.

Charged a lot to change cash! But that was a lot to do with the political situation in Beirut! Smoking inside!
