Good staff, clean and polite housekeeping. Walking distance to Rouche Rocks and good restaurants. Hotel also has big pools, we could drink and eat easily. Wael was helpful in the pool area. Lebanese Restaurant is very nice. Thanks to Khaled and Mohamed for their service. They were great. Its a safe and good hotel. We liked there. Hope to come back later.

Our room had not a simple window. We had to use air condition for fresh air. Select rooms with windows or balcony.

Movenpick takes the cake for relaxation and calm because of its environment. The hotel gives stunning views of the pool and ocean as well as a nice quiet feel in the evenings and the most courteous and helpful staff. Everyone was kind and welcoming and ensured our stay was comfortable. The hotel was near everything you needed as well so if you are looking for calm over the buzzing of the city, it is highly recommended for you.

The noises from repairs in the morning were not great. My husband and I were late risers so in the later part of the morning, there was quite a bit of uncomfortable banging from some sort of repair work. The masseuse at the spa also wasn't great although she was very kind.

The staff really go out of their way to make it a pleasant stay. Everything is clean and the roof top bar has great food. Additionally the property has an indoor pool as well as access to the resort with 2 outdoor pools and a kiddie pool.

The hotel has not been renovated in a while. Appliances are old and the ACs might need maintenance more often (it was either freezing in the room when the AC was on or hot and humid when you turn it off- no real adjustment was possible). Additionally the breakfast room did reach its capacity a couple of times, however they did solve that issue in the following days. It should be mentioned that the resort is accessible to the public too, so on the weekends it is not relaxing due to a lot of people. Also the hotel has several wedding venues , thus it gets sometimes loud at night.

price is too expensive considering that it should be a all inclusive package for the price and the worst thing is you have to pay $17 per night for parking which should be included in the price you pay for the room as you are a guest there

In overall it was a great stay. From the checkin ( done by Hussein) To the checkout( done by Elie) it was wonderful. I enjoyed the pool, the Lebanese Restaurant, the breakfast in the morning and the excellent service from Khaled who made sure that everything was to my convenience

Had to wait for an icecream that I ordered in the evening for more then 30 min in the Hemingway rest. in the end I canceled the order.

the staff here is super friendly and very helpful.. whatever I need they go above and beyond to make you extremely happy and satisfied.. starting from following and executing your requests up to proposing ideas based on their experience. thank you Ms. Sandy and Mr.Ashraf Soliman for being exceptional. because of them , anytime I come to Beirut I will be stay in this hotel. the resort itself is great full of activities .. you can easily decide to not leave the resort and stay doing those activities for the entire day and night the sky rooftop here is a piece of beauty. seeing the sunset while listening to live music with the view of the sea…it’s a great healing.. sometimes they get live band and singers .. with very nice selective songs. i really enjoyed my stay at that resort and for sure best movenpick I ever been and I will come here again every visit I come to Lebanon

breakfast is great here, however it can be more richer when it comes to items selections but it is really good. i give it 8.5/10..

the services were great ,the staff were so nice and friendly, foods were so delicious. the location was quite convenient and rooms had an amazing view! we even got an upgrade and could order an extra room. really great vacation!

The combination of a stunning view, excellent service and staff who made my stay exceptional especially Mr. Ashraf and his colleagues, and fantastic amenities created a truly blissful experience. Fast room service ever experienced. You call them for anything and it’s right in the room, unlike other five star hotels, which take hours before they deliver anything to room. Beach and pool facilities amazing with quality service and good staff. Best stay can’t complain of anything in the hotel.
