Being Lebanese of origin, I am fully aware of the crisis the country is going through. Despite this fact, the staff were all extremely nice, generous, helpful and positive. This is a part of Lebanese culture, but to see this even more during my stay was amazing and relaxing.

Everything in the hotel is top. Despite the circumstances prevailing in the country, everything was readily available at the hotel, and even if this was not the case, the staff went out of their way to provide anything that was needed.

This is the second year in a row I stay in the hotel during my birthday. The staff were so friendly and sweet as they have sent a cake and passed their regards. The staff always checked on us on daily basis if we are comfortable, satisfied or need anything. Ms. Sawsan checked on us daily and made our stay pleasant and very comfy. very nice lady always made us feel welcome. Mr. Nader also facilitated our checkout and helped us rapidly to finalize some pending items. The location of the hotel is very great just opposite ABC mall. The area is secure and safe.

Excellent service at the Radisson Hotel in Verdun. Mr. Mahmoud the manager and the staff were extremely helpful at all times and did their very best to make our stay as good as possible. They even presented me with a cake on my birthday, which was a very kind and much appreciated gesture. The hotel is in a great area for access to all of Beirut and nice bars and restaurants can be found close by. Parking is available and the hotel arrange everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff are nice and helpful, the room was big, the water in the shower was strong, the breakfast was diverse, there is a café downstairs, a mall across the street, a pharmacy nearby, and a nice supermarket 300 meters away. Taxis are available at the door of the hotel. Also, the hotel is centrally located, which means that other areas (including areas with restaurants) are accessible by foot.

The rate is relatively high. The Internet was sometimes weak (there are Internet issues in Lebanon, generally speaking). Besides that, nothing much.

Nice buffet breakfast with a live cooking station for omelettes etc. The staff were kind enough to make French toast for me, which was not offered as standard. There was a good mix of continental as well as middle-eastern foods. The room was a good size and had all the expected mod-cons eg AC, TV, Iron etc The housekeeping team were very efficient and cleaned the room to a good standard. The hotel is located in the Verdun district. There is a large mall just across the road. The other areas of interest are accessible by taxi or walking 15-20minutes.

The overall experience was good. The hotel is relatively expensive in comparison to others in the nearby Hamra area. But the team do go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, but could do with an upgrade.

Staff were very professional on arrival .Our executive room was perfect and very near lift,very clean and more than met our needs.Loved my nespresso machine,treats and brightness of room.Bed was very comfortable and room very quiet.

We had access to Executive lounge but although receptionist gave us directions we found it hard to find as sign says Business Lounge and does not mention Radisson.We had to return to reception twice(lounge is accessed from shopping mall).When we did find it,our card did not work so another trip back to reception. Wine and beer and canapés were available but no bottle opener.. a call to reception fixed this.On our second evening Jassuf,was very attentive.more than met all are needs making up for previous problem 😀

Wonderful staff members. They are very attentive and friendly. Bahaa and Chahane in the front desk did a great job. Also, Sara and the entire breakfast team are superb. The housekeeper lady on 3rd floor is very polite and hard working. The location is excellent. You can walk across the street to ABC Verdun mall, which is very nice. You can also walk to Raouche. The rooms are very spacious and well-decorated.

I paid executive rooms rates to use the executive lounge. The lounge was closed for most of the stay. We were told that it opens from 7-10 pm. We went for three days in a row and it was closed every time. Each time, we would call before going, and we would be assured by the front desk that it was open. Only when we raised a complaint with the management, they opened it especially for us. Executive room keys don't open the executive lounge, which is strange, especially that there was no attendant on duty. The lounge is not inside the hotel. You have to go to another part of Dunes Center. Amine is not an honest manager for the lounge. He should be investigated by management.

Everything the staff are amazing friendly and helpful, i lost an amount of money and the cleaner gave it to the boss and i called them to inform them if they can find it they checked the cameras and gave it back to me, i liked the honesty of the cleaner.. the staff are very helpful they helped me in finding a room after my booking was cancelled, and they make sure that everything is clean the ac is perfect and location is the best! I cant stay in any other hotel in beirut other than this hotel

Breakfast was expensive but convenient. I appreciated the customized omelette. We walked to the malls and the local beach. There were several power outages which affected minimally. We walked to several restaurants and a pharmacy.

The local beach is an embarrassment as it is highly trashed. You can’t walk barefoot on the sand. Also, there are no traffic lights or pedestrian crossings. Beware. We felt safe.

A very nice hotel with great staff. I want to especially mention Shahan in the Reception, who professionally assisted us during our stay to make reservations in restaurants, to get taxi etc. He was very helpful. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was good. The location is a little bit far from the downtown. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

The entrance to the hotel is through the shopping center.
