Lovely clean apartment was very happy

Couldn't get in the apartment and no one was picking up the phone after 15 minutes someone finally answered but at 10 pm at night as you can imagine it was quite worrying.i will say that every time getting into the apartment after this there was no problem at all.so maybe it was just a hic up

The decor of the apartment was really nice, it was spacious & had almost everything we needed. It is perfectly located next to Nordesthetics Clinic. Elevator access was available. Felt a bit unsure about the phone call access to the apartment but it worked perfect every time with no issue.

It would have been great to have an oven but we made do without one. The fridge was not positioned great. It was far too low considering a lot of guest are nords patients. It was a bit difficult for me to reach on ground level.

Clean and modern

The worry with getting in via a phone number especially when another guest was checking in and I wasn’t going to be around a couple of nights. But they added their number on top which was a relief. Also the housing manager was extremely helpful after my friend dropped her phone into an unoccupied apartment balcony. They went above and beyond and for that we are forever grateful as my friend needed her phone during to being my carer once I was discharged her for hospital plus being an emergency contact.

The apartment was lovely but I messaged before hand to check if it definitely had sofa bed as was travelling with a friend and I was having surgery so sharing a bed was a no. Was assured it was. Arrived it was a sofa not a bed as advertised. So after few days my friend left as couldn’t sleep on the sofa as was too big. Apart from that cannot fault the apartment it was lovely and clean. Everything you could need. As I had surgery at Nords Clinic the location was brilliant.

It was a beautiful apartment with everything needed for a weeks stay.. comfortable and clean... the beds were very comfortable too... liked the balcony and it was close to the clinic where my daughter was having surgery...

Trying to enter the apartment was a nightmare.. my phone wouldn't connect to open the door when we arrived.. rang the other number on the door but no answer there.. eventually one of the nord clinic staff helped us.. when he got through they said my phone number was wrong which wasn't the case as it had been used for the booking.. when I eventually got in I got a call from the lady to ask me was everything ok. I said it was but when I left the apartment my phone wouldn't work again to open the apartment for a 2nd time.. more stress and I had to ring back again to say it wasn't working again. After that the phone worked for the rest of the week but my daughter's phone never did when I asked them to add that to access the apartment also..

There is no key so you have no worries about losing one or having to arrange collection or returning it. Just make sure your phone has enough charge though since you access your apartment by ringing a number which recognises your telephone number. Electricity was off when I woke one morning and after quick chat with manager and visit by the cleaner, they arranged to have me moved to another apartment within 20 minutes!

There are a number of different apartments and the arrival details are quite long which is not great for those who have perhaps had surgery in the nearby clinic. A simplified map to help you locate which building your apartment will be in would ease any concerns. It’s really a short distance but when travelling alone and after surgery these little things mean a lot. I’d still recommend above the NordClinic apartments which are basic by comparison and many in the same building.

The location was exactly what we wanted. Purpose of trip was a visit to NORD Clinic and it was right next door. So very accessible but at the same time independent. Supermarket Lidl & Acropolis were both within 850 m and the walk there was flat. The ‘Old Town’ was also easily reached on foot. The apartment was clean and warm and the facilities were good. Nice bathroom, Tv, Kitchen with microwave, fridge with I freezer compartment, induction hob, cutlery and crockery provided. Everything that was needed for a self catering stay in comfort. Close to the Volfas Engleman brewery (check this out on the internet)

Could not fault it - the advertised description was very accurate.

Nice place to stay if you enjoy stylish industrial modernism in the developing urban area. Well equipped and comfortable apartment. Stylish interior and architecture. Big shopping mall in a walking distance (10 or 15 minutes), not too far from the city centre either.

Although we got profound instructions how to arrive, it was a bit difficult to find the right building and the right outside door. Also the parking was a bit complicated - parking machine was not working so we had to find a new parking lot early in the morning (luckily it was close). Windows open up without security barrier (3rd floor), so be aware while staying with children.

Great facilities, washer and dryer etc. Perfect for people visiting Nordesthetics, room was in the same building and next door to a Nords apartment but has better facilities and larger.

Rooms were very nice and clean.

The instructions were quite long and included repetitive information. To improve the experience for future guests, it might be helpful to change the requirements into a more concrete format. For example: 1. Phone number for smart lock: Please provide the phone number that will be used to open the door. 2. Photo of ID-Card/Passport: Send a photo of your ID-card or passport to (specific email/phone number). This simplified format would make it easier for guests to understand and follow the necessary steps. Thank you for considering this suggestion.
