The price was really good, there was plenty of room for parking in the middle of a working day, breakfast was good, the location was also in a good location (very walkable distance to everything, including public transport) and lastly, the room had a bathtub, which is not a common thing in cheap hotels.

The room (on the 2nd floor) had a fuse box that was making noise during the night for some reason. Also, there was no pen in the room, so we had to scramble a pen for writing down the used amenities from the bar.

The hotel location is very good so you can easily visit famous parts of Kaunas from the hotel, they accept animals, the breakfast is OK and offers lactose-free products which we appreciated. The rooms are quite big. The exterior of the hotel is very nice with option seating and relaxing outside.

We paid higher rate for the twin room while we got the double room. There was price difference on Booking but we really wanted the twin room so we paid more. We informed the reception about this issue immediately after arrival, however they promised they will come back to us tomorrow after talking to manager while they didn't and they didn't refund us for that.

nobody checked EU vaccination certificate. bed quite old. did not get my booking right - I was allocated twin room despite asking for double. this was changed after I returned to the reception and asked.

We're visiting Kaunas 1-2 times a year. Tried Victoria Hotel after trying a few additional Hotels in the city. Since then staying only at Victoria Hotel. Great Location, Good Parking, Great Staff. I think I'm seeing some additional improvements each time we coming back to the Victoria Hotel.

You should add a Safety deposit box in each room...

A hotel that is build for small conferences and it seems to host basketball teams. The SPA is not included in the price and the "gym" is very very basic - so do not count on that ;) The room was spatious with a view into the atrium.

The gym was not really a gym. The pricing could have been a bit lower, when comparing to other accommodations in Kaunaus and considering that the hotel was pretty much empty on the day where we were staying. Breakfast was good for Lithuania, but not spectacular.

We didn´t stay at this hotel because on our check-in day before our arrival we received a message that hotel suffered from technical malfunction and there will be no hot water for the next week. Therefore, we got transferred to another hotel not far away from Victoria. We could have also chosen free refund if we wanted even though our booking was not refundable. We stayed in the offered hotel where we checked-in without any problems.

One of the reasons why we chose Victoria hotel was that it offered free parking, therefore, we didn´t like that we got transferred to the hotel where parking was 8e/day.

The visual style of the hotel. Large and beautiful bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The large room (not as interesting in style as the rest of the hotel but still very decent) in the rooftop part with a view. Air-conditioning available, which is important for a rooftop room in hot weather. Very responsive personnel. Nice, quality and special treatment of our little child (pretty wooden baby crib, very flat baby pillow, a gift at the reception). I suspect we got a bigger room than I booked and with a double bed instead of twin beds that only seemed available at the time of booking. Lovely cottage cheese pancakes for breakfast. Large and free parking in the inner yard although I have no idea whether someone guards or keeps an eye on it. It does feel rather safe as it is just behind the hotel.

Nothing much to mention. All was wonderful. Just tiny details. The child seat we were given in the breakfast room was not well cleaned after the last use. Alarm sounded in the night because of probably some guest smoking in the room. Well, at least it works and can be heard :) but I felt at loss about what we should do as it stopped after a couple of minutes. I went to the reception, which assured me that all was fine. I am not 100 % sure but it seemed there was no plain yogurt available for breakfast (only flavoured ones).

Excellent location for the old town and transport hubs buses trains etc... bus from airport stops less than 5 min walk away. And only ,€1....Walk into old town approx 10 mins . Very good value and quality with excellent choice of options for breakfast. Extremely clean.

Residents bar closed early so if you was looking for a night cap before you retire it isn't possible after 11pm

Great location to explore Kaunas's city center, very spacious and cozy room, bigger than expected. Great breakfast, free parking next to the hotel.

Every time we visited lobby/reception area, there was extremely strong smell of cheap parfume. It was difficult to breath normally and we tried to escape from that area as fast as possible. Was there any sort of accident happened or was it aromatized on purpose, don't know that, but it was the only annoying thing there.

nice, clean property in the city center, daily cleaning of the room, fresh towels, very delicious rich breakfast - a lot of choices available, 24 hours repeception desk, we came at 2 a.m. in the night, very polite young lady arranged our check in, at reception desk- water and juice ( lemon with mint leaves ) at your disposal. By my opion fully recommended hotel
