We stayed in the junior suite and it was spacious and very clean. The air conditioner kept the room pleasantly cool even on hot days. The breakfast selection was very rich and offered great taste experiences. The location of the hotel is convenient, the Akropolis shopping center (if you are interested in shopping) and Laisves street with its numerous restaurants and shops are a short walk away.

One extra blanket could be in the closet as a spare for those who can't share one blanket at night ;) The corridors of the hotel are strongly scented, it finally started to bother us a bit. There is free parking in the hotel yard, but due to construction works, this parking area is very narrow.

The size of the room was excellent. Facilities were pretty modern and the staff were very helpful always. Indeed they offered us free Nespresso pods for the machine in the room. The hotel was in a very central location next to laisves avenue and next to the massive shopping centre and zalgirio arena.

The breakfast was a bit average. It wasn't that bad but for a 4star hotel it should be better and more varied. Also the pool and sauna facilities were not free which wasn't ideal. Something like that should be made clear during booking. Finally the room seemed to lack a way of controlling the AC unit, which meant that on the one hand the room was warm which was good for Christmas but some times it was getting too warm.

had a great experience at this hotel, especially considering its superb location. For the price, it offers excellent value in such a prime area. The breakfast was abundant, quickly replenished, and very tasty. The rooms, while on the smaller side, were clean and well-heated, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom facilities were also spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good option in this location.

Parking at the hotel was somewhat limited, especially if the hotel was at full capacity. However, there was ample paid parking available in front of the hotel. We were quite disappointed with the service in the restaurant. The restaurant seemed unprepared for the number of guests in the hotel, leading to long waits for the waitress, who appeared overworked and not in the best mood. On a positive note, the food was good, and the cocktails were excellent.

Perfect location, good size of the room, tall selling, balcony, comfortable bed, writing table, clean, very good breakfast. Beatiful. Loved almost everything in that hotel.

Spa was a problem. The reason I've booked this hotel and paid more then the over hotels were charging was a Spa. Hoping to enjoy it after a long journey. But NO. At the reseption I was talk it's cost 65 euro extra and it's for privat use only, and you have you book at least 2 hours in advance that so they may able to preheat. This was unusual 🤔, unfair and very DISAPPOINTING.

The price was really good, there was plenty of room for parking in the middle of a working day, breakfast was good, the location was also in a good location (very walkable distance to everything, including public transport) and lastly, the room had a bathtub, which is not a common thing in cheap hotels.

The room (on the 2nd floor) had a fuse box that was making noise during the night for some reason. Also, there was no pen in the room, so we had to scramble a pen for writing down the used amenities from the bar.

Breakfast and location. Room also was spacious, with balcony. If you have some event in Zalgiris arena, VICTORIA hotel Kaunas is a very good place to spend a night after it.

Distance from the entrance till our room was quite long. And the sweat smell near the lift in 2nd floor. Some enthusiastic group of people had a special (sport or meditation) indoor event in the conference room and they had left all their shoes in the corridor. So you can only imagine what a smell was flying around that circle of shoes and in general around the lift and the corridor. I always have doubts about such a type of events in public, but closed places.

We went to Kaunas for Zalgiris game and this hotel was pretty much a perfect place to stay for the night as it is located about 5 minute walk away from Akropolis shopping mall and some 12 minutes from Zalgiris arena. Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable, everything was clean and breakfast buffet had wide variety of dishes and quite delicious. Another bonus was free parking in the hotel's territory (though it is subject to availability and could also be all taken if there are many guests).

We had a problem with noise. Upon arrival we were informed that there would be a private party in the restaurant that would end at 11PM. In reality the music was still playing with nasty bass beat at 00:45 when we called the reception, receiving apology that "it would stop in 10 minutes or so". Eventually it stopped at 01:05 when I could finally go to bed. As much as I liked this hotel I think that the staff should respect all guests and their need for sleep - this is the reason why we actually book hotels to have a place to sleep.

the hotel is located in a great area, very easy to find. Staff was very friendly even though we arrived quite late. Breakfast was very tasty. All facilities feel clean and nice. Truly great place to have a rest after long trip. We enjoyed our stay in Kaunas thanks to Victoria hotel.

The courtyard parking is a little tricky to find and you need to call the phone number to enter and exit.

Very good location, there's free parking, the room was cozy with cozy lighting set ups and it had a workspace table which was useful. There were free shower caps in the bathroom and the presentation was nice. The breakfast was also good; pancakes, watermelon, yoghurt, juice options just to name a few.

Our window was facing other guests windows, directly at the beds. Granted, you can use the curtain to block them out but that means you're left with less natural light in the room.

Nice hotel, walking distance from the train station, about 15 minutes, which was important to us. The ladies working at the reception were very nice and service minded.

We got a different room than we ordered, bit it wasn't a huge problem as we got a twin room instead of double and we're mother and daughter. If I was traveling with my husband I wouldn't have liked this. Breakfast had a lot to choose from, but not continental. Lots of local food, fun to try though. There was supposed to be a coffee maker in the room, which there wasn't. When I told the girl at the reception she fixed me a free latte from the bar , which was very nice, but a coffee maker was never placed in the room during our stay.
