The staff are always friendly whenever I visit, and the little shop/bar in the reception area is really useful. The breakfast features lots to choose from, and you can eat it outside on the terrace during the summer. If you're travelling by bicycle, there's a safe courtyard where you can keep it at no extra cost.

If you're a light sleeper, try to get a room at the back of the building as the rooms at the front overlook a road with a surprising amount of traffic on it.

First time staying here, but not a last one for sure! Very friendly and helpful staff - they provided a kettle to the room (was asked additionally before arrival), also a large vase for flowers (which I got on a second stay day from my friend). Room was really clean, and it cold be cleaned daily (if you want), beds are very comfy. If room is to the street side - it could be a bit noisy on evening, but for me it wasn't big problem. But beautiful view through the window (2nd floor). Location is very good - just a few min and you in the beginning of and old town, 15 min - and you are right at the city heart :) They have a breakfast included in the room - very reasonable time and very good variety! Food is fresh and delicious - we really liked and enjoyed it a lot! Many thanks for all the staff for help and being very professional! <3

TV a bit down to date and small. Kettle and some cups could be included in the room by default. We tried Wifi couple of times, but it was not very good in our room.

The hotel is in an excellent location - close to the old town and the ferry crossing. Super friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and varied breakfasts - the best we have eaten in Lithuania :) Clean in the room. Absolutely dog friendly hotel. Great value for money. Access to hot and cold drinking water in the corridor. Easy check-in and check-out.

The hotel lacks in the common area a place to relax outside the room e.g. a couch or a small garden, which is important when travelling with small children who go to bed earlier.

Fantastic hotel location. The breakfast was delicious. A wide selection of very tasty dishes, both for vegetarians and meat eaters. Very good bread. The possibility of eating breakfast on the veranda is a brilliant idea. Additionally, I liked that there were enough towel holders in the bathroom. Very polite, nice and competent service.

In my room, which I valued very highly, unfortunately there was no kettle, which I consider to be the only drawback.

Great location just a few minutes away from the Old Town and right in front of a very nice walking area with a river in the middle of it! Nice and friendly personnel always ready to help. Comfortable, wide bed. Good breakfast served until 11 a.m., which is very convenient for ‘owls’ :))

Everything was great, except for the lack of an air conditioner, which is totally understandable as it is a building of 19 century! What is good is that there are fans in the rooms :)

I have to say, my experience at the hotel was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a great selection of fresh, delicious foods. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Stayed here for two nights for the fifth time because we already knew what to expect and were familiar with the property. Breakfast as always - very tasty and lots of options. Girls at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. For second night t room we liked was free so they transferred us to it. Comfy beds, quiet location (although street side can get noisy at times).

The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The hotel was in an excellent position on the edge of the Old Town with all its sights and restaurants. Excellent bus services available. The excellent breakfast set one up for each day of exploration of a fascinating country.

My room was not ready on arrival but that was quickly corrected and I was given a coffee whilst I waited.

The hotel is well situated, near (walking distance) to the city centre, close to the Svyturys brewery/restaurant. The parking is pretty small but we managed to find the place for our car any time we needed. Rooms are a bit dated in furniture and design, but everything is working okay. The breakfast was variable and tasty from savoury to choice of sweet things as famous traditional sakotis cake.

Hotel is good located. The staff is very helpful. Never say no,always trying to help in every request. The mattress was soft which was very comfy for me. There is a cooler with free water just the opposite reception which is great! You can buy whatever you need in the lobby at a good price- beer is 2.90 EUR! Breakfast is very good and they made me a lunch box on request as my plane was at 5.40 a.m.

The room is very basic, small TV. For business trip was enough, but to be with family i would prefer bigger room. But still everything is Ok for a short stay.
