Everything was brilliant. Breakfast was better than expected

It was very hot in the room adn even we turned off the heat, still we needed to sleep near the opened window.

Location is fantastic. Facilities are great and have authenticity. Window view is unique. City center in 2 min walking distance. We loved it.

Acoustics of the particular room was poor so we could easily hear late conversations of the neighboring room. This was annoying until we fell asleep.

The hotel and the staff was very nice. A large and very comfortable bed. Everything clean.

The walls between rooms are too thin and there is no sound isolation from corridor, you could hear everything. Even with ordering breakfast from the menu the day before and indicating the time when we wanted to eat, we waited around 30 minutes to get our first meal. The breakfast itself was too long. If you don't have a tight schedule after the breakfast, then it is perfect- a lazy morning. But we had to rush, and it was too long for us.

Great hotel, beautiful design, perfect breakfast, excellent service, top location - we stayed for three nights there and were just overwhelmed with all around service, incl. any additional our wishes and requests. A very big thank you to the hotel’s staff, starting from the receptionists, cooks, witresses, and ending the cleaning ladies. We will come there definitely again.

Everything was just perfect.

Everyone in our group absolutely LOVED the Michelson Boutique Hotel from the moment we arrived, greeted with a glass of champagne! The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The interior design is modern but really cozy and SO beautiful. The rooms are so well designed and appointed. All the towels you could possibly want, glasses, water, toiletries... And SO clean! The coffee in the room is probably the best hotel room coffee I've ever had. Beautiful view, and perfect location just steps from the old town. Oh, and the breakfast! I would stay here again just for the breakfast! Fresh fruit, jams, croissants and bread, juice, coffee, perfectly poached eggs, fresh salad... you really just have to experience it. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to enjoy it! Even if you didn't really plan to visit Klaipeda, you should, if only to stay at this hotel!

My only complaint was a favorite feature of others in our group: there is a nightlight under the toilet in the bathroom! They were older and LOVED this when getting up in the middle of the night, I had a smaller room and the bathroom door was next to the bed so the light drove me nuts (I put my robe under the toilet to block the light). Also, the rooms could have a bit more sound insulation between them.

Fantastic place. The one you would not expect in Lithuania in general from a non-global provider. Great staff, good restaurant with good wine selection, central location. Very clean and cozy. Highly recommended.

No additional facilities for now, like sauna or gym. This is purely a cozy boutique hotel for now. The hotel owner has mentioned they are working on a second building where they will have all the spa facilities and gym next year, so it will be a 5* place there for sure.

Very good place and hotel. The receptionist was especially welcoming and pleasant lady. Our experience with the reception of this hotel was outstanding and worth separate mentioning. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was very tasty.

A few small things: buffet breakfast would work better than a-la-carte. The smoothing-iron was available only for 3 euro additional price. It's not big at all, but in the hotel of such level the iron could be available just free in every room.

Exeptional breakfast. Always good atmosphere and pleasant staff.

Noise isolation from corridor. Good acoustic in the corridor that you can hear in the room. I was happy to find ear plugs in my room to have a quite sleep.

Heated bathroom floor was amazing. The bathroom in general was very comfortable and nice. Breakfast was tasty, you could choose from the menu in the evening. Room was very cosy.

It was warm in the bathroom but a bit cold for me (fine for my boyfriend) in the room. I asked for an extra blanket and it was good. Guy in the reception could give a bit more details about everything.
