We had such a wonderful time at your hotel and would like to thank all your service colleagues for their kindness and honest, warm hospitality which we appreciated very much. We have been with you (former Radisson) already 4 years ago for the Sea Festival and already in 2018 enjoyed the comfort and friendly service - fortunately, the high standards remained under your new brand Mercure (we had a nice and cosy room with a small balcony, enjoyed every day your very good rich breakfast and your committed, truly friendly service), another plus: the short ways to the city centre, the port and the Curonian Spit). Klaipeda and Lithuania with its culture, tradition, and wonderful people is always worth to come to (we definitely plan a new stay and are looking forward to it:-)).

We chose the hotel because it has a room with a balcony and we enjoyed it. The room is modernly designed, high level of cleanliness, luxurious and high quality bedding. Excellent location in the vicinity of restaurants, cafes and writers and the city center a short walking distance. The staff is kind and welcoming. recommended.

There is a cleaning service at the hotel, but even though we put up a sign requesting to be cleaned, some of the days we stayed at the hotel the room was not cleaned. There is a dedicated parking space for hotel guests, but it is for an additional fee. 

I liked the location, no loud bars nearby so that you can sleep with open windows. The room was big and cozy, very clean and smelled good. TV had the Chromecast option, which is very convenient. A lot of parking slots on the street, nice restaurant. Very friendly and polite staff! Good breakfast, but 15€ is a bit costly for the provided diversity. Very good coffee and tasty croissants

Water was soapy, and it was very hard to take a shower or even wash my hands. Soundproof could be better. We heard every word from the room nearby, the couple from that room had a very romantic weekend and it was uncomfortable to hear sooo much. The pillow might be softer, also it would be nice to have summer blanket

Good location, child got a separate bed, not sofa. Excellent design and good quality breakfast. Friendly staff. Lots of useful notes in the room, with the best one stating that the tap water quality is top level and good to drink - a question quite often forgotten even in 5 star hotels.

Slight rework of plumbing needed, also a magical touch of electrician in the bathroom.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from main atractions. The staff of this hotel is very helpful and polite. Small welcoming gifts left in the room for us and the child were really nice gesture. The room itself was really clean, cosy and comfortable. We liked the Nespresso coffee machine in the room.

Very poor choice at breakfast. We didn’t leave hungry, but it would become boring during a longer stay. The interior of lobby looked a bit akward.

The rooms were amazing. Great location, staff friendly, breakfast very good as was bar area.

Not a fault, but no swimming pool. But obviously in city location so not expected. Bathroom a little old fashioned in decor but very good condition and clean.

Newly renovated rooms are a big improvement. Staff are competent, caring, competent and friendly and willing to help customers. This is true for all categories of staff. The Newport restaurant has some very tasty dishes on the menu. The Daily lunch specials are also tasty and good value for money.

The bathrooms also need a renovation. The refillable wall dispensers for shampoo, shower and conditioner are outdated and not that well functioning. They are out of place in this category of a hotel. The breakfast buffet can be improved upon in terms of quality. However, it is important to note that the a la carte options are quite good and tasty.

Breakfast was excellent a wide variety of food. Location was excellent to the centre of the city. Short walks. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beds were huge.

We hadn't booked when we arrived, and the gentleman on the welcome desk was very friendly and got us sorted straight away. The staff at the bar were also very talkative and made us feel at home. The décor was very stylish and the room was quiet and comfortable.

Nothing not to like - the price was very reasonable, especially considering we were there during summer solstice.

Great breakfast - not too many eaters at the same time. Friendly and helpful staff.

Parking info. Could've been told beforehand that it is first come first serve and that there is huge festival in town. Blankets were too thick for summer time.
