Simply best hotel ever. super comfy, super modern and very clean. You can expect 4 stars level. The room has so many features from wireless charging to usb sockets in wall as well as digital screen to adjust room temperature. The parking was inside a closed area with gates. The staff was friendly and greeted us. If I go again to Vilnius, I would for sure stay in this Hotel.

The cleaning of the room is upon request at reception. In my opinion would be easier with a tag to hang on door instead of asking from reception.

Nice hotel on next to old style marketplace the best 3star looking hotel i have ever been into Room was nicer looking then some 4star hotels with very confortable bed.

Maybe its the culture but staff didnt wish good morning or good night when walking by the reception.

This is a truly exceptional hotel! I would describe it as a hidden gem, with Vilnius Old Town just around the corner. I was pleasantly surprised with such a high level of cleanliness, customer service and amenities. I was staying in a small double room which was cosy and, more importantly, had all the amenities one could ask for - from a mini fridge, kettle, iron to air conditioning system, extra blankets and in-room safe. I really appreciated small details such as a glass water carafe, thick blackout curtains, complimentary shoe polish tissues and ear plugs. The bathroom was bright and featured a massive mirror up to the very top of the ceiling as well as a lovely shower with two - hand-held and rainwater - shower heads. I loved the heated bathroom flooring most though! For me, the best feature of the entire room (although the heated floor comes close to it) was an extremely comfortable double bed with four pillows in two different sizes! It was by far the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in! The high ceiling also made the room feel so much bigger. Having travelled for over 10 hours, I greatly appreciated that the reception staff allowed me to check in an hour earlier at no extra charge. They quickly dealt with each and every one of my queries, and my special thanks goes to the receptionist Indrė for going an extra mile! P.S. I did my best to capture the essence of my experience, however the attached pictures do not do it justice at all!

Having read the reviews, I knew there could be loud noise coming from the street so I requested a quiet room with a view to the courtyard and further from an elevator. However, the room did not seem to be soundproofed and I could hear the people in the room next to / below me as well as those in the hallway through the doors. This was quite an issue on my first night at the hotel when I had the noisy neighbours but was too exhausted from travelling to do anything about it. Luckily, I had a recording of white noise on my phone, and it helped to get some well deserved rest eventually. I would strongly recommend for the hotel to go out of their way and add soundproofing to their rooms so guests can have a quiet space to work or a great night's sleep without interruption.

I've stayed here a few times and have been very happy with my experience. The breakfast is great, the location is close to the business centre also and not far from the city centre, and the hotel is nicely decorated, and the rooms are comfortable, which makes you feel relaxed and comfortable despite being away from home. In comparison to other hotels in Vilnius (outdated, small rooms, etc.), this one is ideal for any trip.

Just one issue for me and by no means a deal breaker (considering all other advantages). The coffee in the restaurant could be better. At least there is a Nespresso machine in the lobby.

A beautiful hotel, nice rooms, very clean.Central location, city centre is only in 2 stops using public transport. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast really great, liked a big choice of variable dishes.

A bit misleading information on the "Booking" website about a room and bed size

Whilst not in the city centre, the location is fantastic. So many buses go into the city centre they were about every 3 minutes most of the day. This means the hotel represents great value for money. The staff were very helpful and took their time to solve tricky tourist questions. The place was very clean- in fact, the staff rang us up after 2 days and asked what time we would like our room cleaned as we hadn't bothered till that point! Breakfast was a very varied buffet. We didn't eat dinner there, instead choosing to eat in local restaurants in the area- fab Lebanese cafe literally next door. Our room had a decent sized mini bar which was handy. Would definitely recommend

The hotel offered a clothes cleaning service. The prices were REALLY expensive. For example, 8 euro for a T shirt. Maybe this is normal but for me, high. When I ran out I bought a new one in the next door market for 5 euro!

It happened to us that we stuck in a huge traffic while boarder crossing. It takes us almost 24 hours to get to Lithuania from Belarus so we couldn’t be on time at the hotel. We still were at the border at te time of checking-out. Ive been in contact with the reception and explain the situation. The girl from the desk was very kind and fully understood the situation that we could manage “no-show” and didn’t charge the price for the room. It was like a breath of fresh air after exhausted time at the border. Id like to thank a lot the girl and the hotel. Next time i hope we can fully enjoy our stay at this nice and warm place!🙏🏻

The room was cozy. The bed is quite big and comfy. Wi-Fi is pretty fast and reliable. AC works well. Checking in and out was easy. The location is somewhat close to the city center, though it's far from the bus station. There are many supermarkets, other shops, and one great middle-east cuisine restaurant next to the building.

It's a bit noisy during the day due to the construction sites near. The TV was so slow and laggy and, the speakers of it were mediocre. It would be really cool to have an HDMI cable in the room. The wireless charging station sometimes works, sometimes not :D There was only one chair in the room, even though it was a double room. The room is small and the sloped ceiling can be irritating sometimes, hit my head a couple of times :D

A new hotel, convenient location, although a bit further from the city center. the room has everything you need, parking is very convenient, too. Breakfast is excellent.

the room is a bit small, but I was just spending a night there. not many places to eat around. I came around 9 p.m., the restaurant was not working and the shop nearby works until 8 p.m. only. if you want a quiet room ask for one that faces the backyard, the street in front of the hotel is quite busy.

Very nice hotel with modern, fresh and clean rooms. Inside room there is a cattle and even the iron. The breakfast was awesome, from the first sight it's quite simple, but you could find anything you can prefer for breakfast and the quality of products was very good.

There is a luck of parking place (when we arrived the inside parking was full even though it is quite expensive). But there always was a place at the municipal parking right next to the entrance (the only minus of it is that you have to walk a bit around to find the parkomat to pay for it). Also I wish there would be a bit more variety of teas at the room and at the breakfast.
