The property was clean and modern. Location was unsurprisingly great. Just a short stroll along riverside to the center of the city. Stuff was helpful, friendly, but not overwhelming (none unnecessary instructions or irrelevant questions). Peace and quite. You could not hear a thing outside the suite.

The location is really good.

Not worthy of paying 80-100€ per night (cheapest room rate) staying here considering the hotel is very old, room is very small, parking is pricey, breakfast is simple and pricey. The staff didn't mention that parking fee was triple if we pay at the unipark terminal. That's why we paid 90€ for just 2 nights instead of 34€. The reception said we can pay at the parking terminal machine when we leave, or pay at the reception when checking out. We thought the prices would be the same, it turned out we were wrong. The room was super small for us. If you have a big luggage or more than 2 suitcase, better to take a bigger room.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly settled into my room. Speaking of the room, it exceeded all my expectations. It was not only impeccably clean and well-maintained, but also beautifully decorated with modern amenities that catered to my every need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.

Obviously great location and view Impressive reception with lots of space to chill. Also bed worth to mention, because normally I dont sleep well in hotels, and this time was super comfy Room soundproof

Did not book breakfast because current price is unreasonable by my opinion - you can get a breakfast AND lunch for 20€ almost in any place if you leave hotel. Reception girl was so rude when checking out, I almost felt quilty for coming. There is no room for such behaviour in this level hotel. Booked superior room and disappointed - definitely very small, doesn't worth the price - after opening luggage there is no room left to even walk normally

Vilnius is my home town, you wont regret staying at this hotel. Me and my partner stayed second time. Location is the best, you on the right side of river with tall buildings, few shopping centers with food courts close by and just across the bridge you are in the city centre with beautiful old town, coffee shops and restaurants! Briliant. Hotel has parking which is the best option if you want to stay close to city centre/old town as park in there it could be hard and expensive. We will definitelly come back.

Some bits in the room was a bit old and needs more attention. Our bathtub shower head was leaking from the conection when you turn water on and taps was a bit flimsy. Also have few holes in the bed sheet and blanket cover, however they where pristine white amd clean.

the view from the room was great but I had to pay extra for it. I was surprised by how the small room though - I believe I booked a larger room but perhaps there are even smaller ones..

The bar staff was not accommodating, while the service was great they struggled to get a glass of Riesling for me because only the top floor bar sold it by glass but it was a book for a private event. Solution would have been to charge the other bar and please a customer. Compared to other international chains bar staff need to learn to think on their feet and provide excellent service as they are the face of the hotel. I was also staying in the hotel for a week so was slightly irritated that I could not enjoy a glass of my favorite wine because I was not buying a bottle. top marks to the reception and breakfast bar team though!

This is a great hotel in the heart of the city. I always enjoy my stay as the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and well appointed. The bed and bedding are so comfortable. The bathroom is massive and the views are absolutely stunning. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Vilnius!

There was nothing I did not like about this hotel and nothing I would change. They always go the extra mile to make your stay as best it can be. Keep up the great work and looking forward to my next visit. Amazing!

View out of the window!!! Big room (suite). OK price. Big parking lot nearby or underground parking. Beds are very comfortable.

Nitpicking a bit. A hot meal for breakfast could be slightly different each day, not the same in a row. 🙂 Parking is paid, parking on the street is also expensive. Would wish for more light inside the shower cabin. Very good acoustics from the toilet into the room. 🙂

Room was clean and comfortable. Room was on top floor, views are nice. Took the sauna room, which is a nice gimmick. I enjoyed the large bed (king size, I believe). I would have preferred of having an option to have two duvets instead of one extra large one.

It was disappointing that it seems this hotel ignores the phone calls to both reception and room service. I wanted to get some ice to the room, called them 5 or 6 times in half an hour period, none of the times they managed to pick up. It is disappointing for a hotel that charges 200 euros per night. In addition, while room was clean, a substantial number of light bulbs were out - 4 or so in the room. It just looks bad.

Very clean, nice, quiet room, bathroom with available toileteries. Very comfortable bed and good pillows. Good location both coming with private car or reaching city center for a walk.

Breakfast was good, just very small choice of fruits and vegetables. Parking possibilities - underground garage or outside parking place, which was quite expensive. You should have in mind if you have more luggage to drive to the entrance first and unload your luggage, otherwise you would need to carry upstrairs from parking lot.
