Ratonda Centrum Hotels

Basically everything was great - the rooms were comfortable with AC that worked well, the staff was super nice and helpful the whole time and the breakfasts were some of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Plus, location was perfect - basically in the city centre so that you can walk everywhere, but at the same time not in a street busy with nightlife so it was very quiet at bight.

I’d really have to pick on small things, but I guess the gym wasn’t organized that well and so there just wasn’t much space in it; our rooms also had a view right on the roof of another building and it made it just a tiny bit darker than I’d like.

Everything was amazing, from the entrance to the exit. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, the service is exceptional, the breakfast is delicious - strongly recommend to take it. I also booked a sauna for myself and my friend, and it was so smooth going that we decided to book another 1.5 hours straight away. The location is also perfect, all the main attractions are placed within walking distance. We also liked that the hotel is not very big, so it sort of recreates a feeling of a family vacation.

The entrance to the hotel building has a small stair and no automatic elevator for wheelchairs, which was not very convenient for one couple staying at the same time. But the hotel staff helped, so hopefully they got the same amazing experience

Quite comfortable, as appropriate for a 4* hotel, very good breakfast. Excellent location.

The hotel should correct its practice of communication with the guests. During one day stay in the hotel I received 10 (TEN!) e-mail messages: 3 of them - proposals for upgrades and 7 - pure nuisance, like "we are happy to...", etc. To complete this - the "unsubscribe" option in ALL these mails did not work. The hotel doesn't provide free drinking water to the guests. I guess, these day it should be standard - and not selling water from minibar, very expensive.

Friendly, helpful, professional staff. Clean and well maintained environment. Simple yet excellent breakfast. Great lunch deals. And a perfect location.

The only thing that I could complain about is the beds (too soft), yet I know it's such an individual thing. For others, it might be good, but for me, it wasn't exactly comfortable. However, the staff accommodated my needs by providing extra pillows, which improved the quality of my sleep.

Really great bed in the suite with awesome pillows, nice location on Gediminas Avenue, WiFi decently fast, staff OK, breakfast pretty decent but not like Hilton or Marriott, suite nicely big enough, price better than HGI next door

Gym is sad: no towels, it's tiny etc., chairs in room not very comfortable for working, no balcony, housekeeping needs to be instructed a bit regarding times, basics were not refilled by housekeeping, can't connect via HDMI to TVs in room, no fresh juice at breakfast, generally not so much fresh stuff at breakfast

Staff were lovely and accommodating and helped make my fiance's 30th birthday very special. The room was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a wonderful buffet breakfast with a huge variety of cooked and continental options as well as juices and hot beverages. Highly recommend the breakfast, the crepes with a spoon of honey or blueberry jam on top were delightful.

The hotel is in a convenient location, quite central but already at a distance from all the noise. I got both the double bed and a bath, as per request. The room was clean, warm and really quiet. By the window, there is a comfy chair with a coffee table nearby, which I really appreciated. Good spot to have a warm beverage from some cups that are actually just the right shape (from "Lipton" ?!). Bidet is a very nice addition in the bathroom. Breakfast was overall great: along with the usual options, you can make your own pancake or toast the bread, there were A LOT of toppings (seeds, nuts, etc), and also some fresh fruit.

With all due respect, the coffee served during breakfast was terrible, even milk did not help. Additionally, in the room there was a single pack of Lavazza's "Prontissimo!", which is not only not great as a coffee but arguably not enough even for one person. Another downside (that is quite common) was that the double bed is simply two twin beds pushed together. Oh, and if you care about the view, this is not a place for you.

The room was very nice, quiet, bigger than expected and spotless clean (and was kept that way for the whole stay - thank you). Breakfast was really tasty and had a wide variety of both hot and cold options, fresh breads of a few kind, healthy foods, etc.

It was not that I didn't like, but it was a bit misleading - the hotel states that it has 24/7 receptionist, but for my case receptionist's desk was empty for most of the time. They had a "sorry, I'm not here" plate with a left number that you can call. But I must state that this did not impact the satisfaction of my stay and I got everything that I needed. Suggestion for a hotel - maybe have a few extra iron :) Because when I asked for one, it was given to me with a comment "a lot of guests need it". The next day the iron was gone from my room, even tho I still needed it.

Breakfast was excellent, though we wished it lasted longer than 10am. The interior of the hotel was very nice and the room had everything we needed. Location was perfect unless you want to stay completely near the main sightseeing spots. The windows of our room were facing inside yard and were covered with blackout curtains, so it was very calm and we slept amazing.

My partner wished there was a choice of pies for dessert during breakfast. Very small gym room, no equipment to do bench press. Only one elevator, which is used by staff and guests together, so sometimes you need to wait for longer.

I think the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast options and the size of the room were all great. The shower was also very nice and the beds were really comfortable. Lastly, the staff were very helpful to us. I really couldn't complain about any of these things, even if I wanted to.

Just being really picky here, the items in the mini fridge in the room were quite expensive - I have been to hotels in London with cheaper options. I expected much cheaper to be honest. Further, again being really picky, I requested a room with a view but only a construction site was visible from our window and we were on the ground floor. It would have been really nice to have been on one of the upper floors with a view of the street (rather than the construction site at the back).
