I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel in a stunning location, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with every aspect of my stay. First and foremost, the rooms were incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated. It was evident that a lot of thought had gone into the design and furnishings, creating an atmosphere of elegance and comfort. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and I felt right at home from the moment I stepped inside. The attention to detail in the room's decor added an extra layer of charm to the overall experience. The hotel offered a delicious and varied breakfast spread that catered to all tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there was something for everyone. It was the perfect way to start the day. The staff at the hotel were a true asset. They were not only pleasant and friendly but also incredibly helpful. The hotel couldn't be better situated. It's within walking distance of all the major attractions and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Plus, the presence of a beautiful park just across the road added to the overall charm of the location. In conclusion, I wouldn't even consider staying at a different hotel for my next visit to Vilnius. This establishment offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff for making my stay so memorable. Thank you!

At night, traffic noise can be heard. However, this is expected due to the central location of the hotel.

Excellent location close to the old town and with most of the tourist sights within easy walking distance. I had a good size room which was spotlessly clean and with a balcony overlooking the street, with views of the park and Gediminas Tower. Athough I was on the second floor, I rarely heard any noise from the street below. Breakfast was served on the lower ground floor which was still quite bright, with an excellent selection of both hot and cold food, with options to suit every taste. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Vilnius.

Most of the staff could probably do with a course in customer relations. While the staff in the breakfast room were quite helpful if you had a problem, particularly with the coffee machines, they seemed very reluctant to have any other interaction with any of the guests. Likewise, most of the reception staff, although very polite and extremely helpful with directions to places when asked, rarely acknowledged you as you passed in or out. Also, unfortunately the rooms with balconies only come with a combined bath & shower which I found difficult to negotiate. Perhaps in the future the hotel could consider installing walk-in showers in these rooms.

We don’t eat breakfast and ate out with family each day so didn’t try the food at all. We loved the location which is on a road but with the windows closed and excellent air con, there was no noise at all. We were at the front of the hotel and had no problems sleeping. The beds are super comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. This hotel is located perfectly for the beautiful old town just a minute or two walk. It is opposite a lovely park and coffee shop with easy access to the route up to the three crosses monument which is lovely to do first thing in the morning. Loads of amazing places to eat and drink nearby. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Vilnius.

The towels could have been a little softer and thicker. Hardly any suggestions for improvement.

The location of the hotel is amazing! It's in a relatively quiet street (there's cars, but no noisy clubs/bars), but it's really close to all the central spots (e.g. the Cathedral square, the Gediminas tower, etc.). Also, it's just in front of a beautiful Bernardinu park. The building itself and the inside of the building is also really beautiful, also they have a really cool elevator surrounded by the stairs. The rooms themselves are beautifully designed with expensive materials used (e.g. the floors feel really nice and expensive). We travelled with a small baby, the hotel provided us with a crib which was super useful (a proper crib made of wood and not a travel cot like you get in some hotels). We had the breakfast only once, but it was quite nice, classic continental breakfast with some touches of Lithuanian traditional cuisine. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed every moment of it, we would definitely come back to stay at Vilnia again.

The only thing we could mention is the warmth in the room. As it was still "heating season", the air conditioning was only supporting the "heating function" but since it was actually already warm outside, it was often too hot in our room, so we had to keep our window open as it was the only way to make the room cooler.

The rooms have a really nice design, with beautiful wooden floors. Bathroom was big and modern and the room was exceptionally clean.

The hotel has a laundry service, but it is extremely expensive (10 euro for one piece of underwear, for example). The closest public laundry is quite far away too. Location is broadly good (in a very charming area), but the public transport to/from the hotel is not very convenient. For example, the closest airport bus station (route 88) is 12 min walk away, while the main 3G airport bus is about 20 min walk away. The Vilnius train station is about 30 min walk away, and there is no convenient public transport from the hotel to the train station. This is obviously not the hotel's fault, but something to keep in mind.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is very well located, and looks like it was recently renovated. The staff was very friendly, room was very nice and cosy, with quality materials, and large enough. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was great, with a lot of choise. While we were located at the first floor on street side, there was not a lot of noise, and from within the hltel we didn't even hear any other guests. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

While the bathroom was nice, the tub was very slippery to take a shower, which could be a bit dangerous. It could really benefit from some anti-slip stickers. The breakfastroom was rather small for the amount of guests on the weekend. First morning all the tables were occupied and ended up sharing a table with other guest. The buffet however was refilled al the time, so there was no shortage on breakfast.

Stellar location in the heart of Old Town Vilnius, a short walk to Vilnius Cathedral, the Grand Palace museum, Pilies Street, and St. Anne's Church. Beautifully renovated property. Room was compact but had ample wardrobe/storage space. Decent breakfast selection with good hours of operation. Front desk staff was helpful in arranging ground transportation.

Could occasionally hear some hall noise from my particular guest room, but that could have owed to its specific location (near elevator and stairwell).

I have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Bottom line : it is very good/efficient, in terms of value for money, [ 8 out of 10], I would stay there again. The bed and the mattress are comfortable my mark will be [ 7.5 out of 10 ], (for thouse who like it soft it is perfect), the pillow was less comfortable (fully synthetic) [ 5 out of 10] , you need to ask for one more pillow. Breakfast in basic it was good, [ 7.5 out of 10], the croissants not fresh. The parking, [9 out of 10], just in front of the hotel. Hotel location, in my opinion perfect [ 10 out of 10].

Improve the breakfast menu. I would recommend, good idea will be to have fresh squeeze fruit machine ( as I seen in some hotels in Poland)

I loved the position of my room, looking just across the road to the beautiful Bernardine Gardens, which I was able to visit in the morning and evenings for a pleasant walk. The desk staff and hotel staff were extremely helpful, always with a kind smile. The breakfast staff were thoroughly on top of things, clearing away dishes while I went back to the buffet table. I loved my stay in Vilnius, and the Hotel Vilnia was part of the pleasant experience.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was the best and the location as well. The decoration and the building were very elegant. The people at the reception were the most friendly people I ever met at a hotel. Good job. We will be back for sure

Everything was nice but just something that it's completely personal and maybe someone else wouldn't agree with me and of course dont make the hotel bad or make my rating lower. Just the bed was too soft for us and the temperature of the room was too warm (it's winter there so this not negative, just I cant stand warm places).
