Shakespeare Boutique Hotel is one of the loveliest places to stay in Vilnius . The brilliant location is just one of the highlight . The best part of the property is the sheer charm it emanates, the tastefully designed rooms, corridors , lobbies , restaurant . Besides the comfort , the staff is simply wonderful. Special thanks to the chef and restaurant staff for curating finest vegan breakfast every morning ensuring a wonderful start to my day . Please do not start your trip to the Baltics with Shakespeare Hotel because after staying here , you won’t like any other Hotel !

Everything was perfect . I hope the restaurant restarts.

Located in the heart of Vilnius old town with a free parking lot that has enough space for a bigger car and an entry without any complications, all this would be enough to give 10! But there is more to this! Breakfast is beyond expectations as well, with some snacks to try first and then a selection of hot meals to order from the menu. As we invited three guests to join us for breakfast (for a small extra fee), we were offered a big round table in the restaurant area and enjoyed every minute of our private time there! Overall, it is a very special place with a unique atmosphere and pleasant surprises!

Indeed, there are some soundproofing issues and some furnishings need to be fixed, but this didn't bother us at all.

This is a truly unique and delightful hotel. Beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable bed, extremely kind and knowledgeable and attentive staff, delicious breakfasts, perfect location in the middle of the old town but on a quiet street. I felt very welcomed as a guest here.

There's nothing more I could have asked for. Would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again. Maybe the only drawback about the rooms was that the walls were a bit thin and the soundproofing wasn't the best. Would have loved to have the restaurant open for other meals throughout the day as the food was excellent.

Excellent location in the old town. Nice -from an architectural point of view - building, also well preserved. Very friendly personnel (Daniel at the reception was always willing to help). Excellent breakfast (offered in a magnificant room of the building), with great dishes and choices. The room was large and nicely decorated.

Several spaces of the hotel were not available for use, e.g. the bar (closed), the restaurant (closed), the area to hang out (closed). This was unfortunate and my reccommendation to the hotel is that it urgently needs to open up these spaces for use by the clients. Smaill bathroom, poor amenities. No fridge in the room.

The rooms dont have numbers, they are named and equipped after famous writers (i had the "Dostojewski"-room). So every singel room is unique. So even you would stay there again and you get another room like the last one, it will be a total new stay at the hotel. The breakfast ist delicious and it got everything you need. When entering the hotel and all the rooms, you can feel like traveling back in time. I really loved staying there. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Good to know: You can park your car for free in the back of the hotel and if you have a electric car you can charge there for free! (be careful: its not a super-charge station so it will take a whole day to charge your car). The hotel is located in the east of Vilnius - next to the "Old Town". If you want to walk around the "Old Town" or do the typical sightseeing - i think its the best place. Its quiet enough to get some rest (also at night), but not to far away to discover the city by foot. Next to the hotel are some little parks to rest on the water.

Killer breakfast. The second amazing I have ever had in my life (the first was serves in a 5-star hotel). They serve 2 great tables, freshly squizzed orange or grapefruit juice and coffee included to the room price. Staff was super kind and super helpful. They have given me an extra hwater because I was cold. The standart room was small but clean and bed was comfortable. Great value for money. Totally recommend for Vilnius trip.

A la carte breakfast was superb. Staff were ready to help. Room was clean and very comfortable. Situated in the old center. Old fashioned charm. It was in the middle of winter with -15 degrees outside but inside it was lovely & warm with a hot bath every day.

Plenty of shampoo, body lotion, shower gel but no hair conditioner. It would have been nice to have hot chocolate at night as well as the free coffee or tea. It was freezing outside so instant drinking chocolate would have been comforting.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Shakespeare. We were in the Hemingway room, which was a nice size for two people with a king-sized bed, desk, chair, TV, two armchairs, a small table, and a wardrobe. And the view! Our room faced the famous St. Anne's church and Bernadine Complex so it was fantastic sitting in one of the armchairs to read or lying in bed with that to look at. There was some street noise and some dance music audible on Friday night so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, but overall very quiet. Service was exceptional from the concierges to the breakfast staff. Breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs and is a la carte. Everything we tried was delicious. We especially loved the scotch pancakes and the omelets. The building itself is old and used to be a family palace. From there you can walk to most of the major attractions. The main bus and train stations are about 25 minutes away and from there you can take day trips to Kaunas and Trakai (highly recommend!) Would absolutely stay there again.

Outstanding breakfast served in a very nice room, I highly appreciated their menu, which was a welcomed change from the usual Hotel breakfasts. Very friendly employees. Definitely a hotel with character.

At the price level of the hotel, some old stuff should be replaced like some of the towels, the sticky hairdryer and the blanket (had a small hole, nothing dramatic). And it had shower curtains... I am used to sleeping in the dark, but the room had no curtains and through the wooden shades daylight came through, waking me up before 7.

Hotel located in very center of old town, but, in same time, with free of charge parking for hotel clients. Due to location in quiet area, there will not be annoying sounds of cars and bikes during the night. Premises are convenient and clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is something special - it is possible to choose from menu, what kind of breakfast you prefer.

Sound isolation is a bit issue. In the top floor room it was able to hear clearly conversation from room behind the wall.
