Attentive staff, good breakfast, perfect location, comfortable room

almost no sound isolation

Good location as it's walkable to the city centre and Old City. Also great place if you're using a car. For the Hotel's parking I paid 7 Eur for 24 hours. There're also 4 electric car charging stations in front of the hotel. I asked for a room with the window to the inner courtyard so there was no car noise from the street. If the windows would be openened in summer time I think there would be some noise anyway. Very nice breakfast for every taste. There is also a small gym on the 6th floor. I would love to come back here.

Even in winter it was hot in the room. We turned off the radiators and still we kept the window opened. But it's better warm than cold as you can get in other hotels. If there is a chance - ask for a room with a window to inner courtyard as the main street is 4 lanes busy 24 hours / 7 days per week so if you're more sensitive to the street noise it can be a drawback for you.

Absolutely normal 3 star hotel. Nothing special with it. Location - only by car. Too far away from everything. Room is clean. Reception works 24h. Car parking is automatic - barrier opens automatically Breakfast. Though its a buffet, there is no much choice with it. Omelette, eggs, some meat, some cheese, non tasty croissants. Awful coffee ))

Parking - they do not guarantee parking lot! I was lucky and it was available. Breakfast - very poor even for 3 star I requested room with 1 large bed, i was given with 2 smalls. Was too late in night to talk with reception.

The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The bed comfortable and not too soft, bathroom very nice. The breakfast had a good variety of cheese, meats, cereal, yoghurt etc., mostly local foods. The hotel staff was helpful and location excellent. I would 100% stay there again.

A few small details could be improved, such as new pillows (mine had hard fluffballs of material inside, also was too soft). Due to the ventilation system in the hotel, we heard a loudly snoring man from the next room (nothing earplugs could not solve thought). The breakfast items were sitting there for at least an hour when we came to eat around 9 a.m. without any reheating equipment, resulting in everything being cold. In the case of eggs and oatmeal, that is not very tasty. The pastries were not crispy at all, also some sliced fruit would be nice.

Breakfast was just perfect! They start serving at 7am. That was very helpful this time because we had to leave early! We also enjoyed 24h/7 desk service, that was really important feature to have this time, because we arrived around midnight. The hotel is very much like art gallery. Some paintings are actually really good, including one in our room.

Centralized ventilation/air conditioner was a little bit too loud to my taste. But for tired travelers it is really a minor problem. Busy street nearby may disturb someone with really good ears. But the location was totally fine for me.

It is a nice standard business hotel located in a road. Windows closed there is no noise. Not a hotel for romantic escape, but a good hotel for 1 or 2 nights stay in a business trip. Staff was nice, mostly at the reception and the waitress working on the day 22/3/23 evening shift, who was all the time busy but with a huge smile on her face. Shower was super warm and the beds are very comfortable. Super good service. Good food too!!!

All good, but the staff ( 3 persons) on breakfast on the next day, 23/3/23 morning, where not even sayin hello, good morning and nothing. They were talking all the time behind the bar and not paying attention to greet the guests. Not a hotel for a romantic stay. Missing some beans on the breakfast ;-)

The phonic isolation of the room not very efficient ( hearing the TV of the guest next door ) -Message sent to the hotel while reserving the room for reserving a parking spot, confirmation received for the parking, but no available spot at our arrival

Staff and room - everything was very good.

We traveled by car and parking was one of main services why we chose this hotel. Unfortunately thing that hotel doesn`t mention before is that they don`t book parking. (I even asked if it is necessary to book parking, the answer was that it is not necessary, not that hotel cannot guarantee parking place.) So it can happen that you arrive relaxed by car but you won`t have where to park that made unnecessary stress as it happened in our case.

Good hotel with very friendly staff, they speak English, Russian and Lithuanian. Room was clean and light. There were shower gel and shampoo 2 in 1 in bathroom, no conditioner, it is better to take it with you because this gel dries hair a lot. I liked breakfasts in the hotel, it was pretty tasty. Also I liked that there was a gym.

I didn't like that hotel didn't have water cooler. And I also didn't like that there were no electric kettle and no shoehorn in the room.

Overall, this is functional. A bit noisy inside, but not critical. Breakfast is limited but tasty, using fresh and prepared food. Rather pleasant location despite building process in the surroundings that does't affect overall perception. Possibility to park in front of the main gate.

Would need a refreshing. Carpets, paints are a bit worn out. It would deserve to be updated. Besides, on the first floor, in addition to selection of beers, would be relevant to propose more than Pringles or Chocolate bar.
