I chose this hotel as the breakfast was included in the rate. Breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff. Room and facilities very clean. Very comfortable bed, no technical issues what-so-ever. Great swimming-pool and garden. The bonus was the adjacent Spa, also run by IBIS, with a well-equipped Gym, Sauna, and Hammam. Free-of-charge for Hotel guests.

The safe was too small for a MacBook / Laptop.

Food in general was very tasty, and menu items good value for money (including some delicious Malagasy dishes) though breakfast was a substantial extra cost (check your room rate to see if breakfast is included or not). Staff were super friendly and I felt very at home, helping to call taxis and book restaurants! Convenient location on the outskirts of the city, with comfortable, extremely clean rooms (I got to try two different rooms as I checked out to go for some field work then came back and asked for a different room just to spice things up). Oh and the showers are hot and powerful, always a bonus!

Breakfast was a little expensive, but very good quality nonetheless.

We stayed in a Deluxe Room for 3 nights during our mandatory quarantine. The staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. The room service was great and food delicious and good quality. The pool was a nice refreshment once we were allowed to leave our room. Cleanliness of furniture in the living room could be improved, but overall it was clean and the bed comfortable, enough wifi for two persons to work there. AC in the room is also great. We would recommend the hotel any time.

In front of the hotel there is a very busy road, not too noisy, but the air outside is terrible (as everywhere in Tana). Nothing the hotel can do about it. The price is a bit high, but I guess its adapted to European standards.

the continental breakfast was unexpectedly met in tropical area: rich, fresh and nicely served. the service reminded me that I appreciated in Ibis Hamburg (Deutchland)

List of meals served at dinner could be shortened so the services can focus on dishes fastly prepared

I liked so much the location...the staff very friendly...the room so beautiful and very very clean.the restaurant it is so good and the food very fresh and tasty with high quality..the presentation of the dishes very nice...compliment to the Chef..very professional.. All the staff very kindly...I will back for sure in April... Thanks Ibis !!

A good location, very helpful staff members, and absolutely cleaned space.

The sport facility had very few available equipments.

Rooms were nice, breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and polite. Located at very good place it has access to all businesses nearby.
