- All the staff were very welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and meet your needs. For example (I can only remember a few names), Faniry and Noelle in the restaurant on the ground floor would always greet me with a lovely smile at breakfast and ensure I had a large bottle of water to take with me on my outings. Ashley was also very friendly and always ready to help. - Breakfast and the food in the restaurant on the 8th floor was amazing. - The room, gym and facilities in general were nicely decorated, spotless and efficient. - The hotel organised activities for me during the week and provided me with a local taxi driver.

The location is safe. The facilities are really good. Security is also very good. Staff at the restaurants is amazing. High quality food and cuisine. Mr. Ashley at the reception does a great job.

The reception staff do not communicate between each other. 2 unfortunate situations occurred during my 2 nights stay because of lack of communication. Embarrassing and irritating but they quickly recognize their mistakes. On our transfer to junior suite request, we did not get the room we viewed and agreed upon. Another staff gave the room away to new guests.

Everything was simply perfect. After reading the reviews of other guests, I was expecting to see completely different hotel (no water in the room, noisy, dirty, full of mosquitos...). I think that some guest stayed in another hotel or their reviews are completely false. This hotel is far best hotel in Tana and the best Radisson I have stayed ever. Staff were the best from reception to housekeeping, from F&B to Guest relations. Don't worry about any questions or needs or problems you have, they find a solution asap. Location was extremely safe, hotel (rooms and facilities) was spotless clean and room was simply perfect in every conditions, design, size, bed, internet, comfort and more. Thanks a lot to all the staff in the hotel for their effort. Simply the BEST!

The staff went above and beyond for us and that includes all of those we interacted with (from the handymen lending us a screwdriver to the reception staff letting us dig through the sweets on the desks to get our favourite flavours), location was perfect for a night between flights and close to a SuperU and food court (all within the gated community to make it perfectly safe to walk around), rooms were exactly what you’d expect and beds were comfy

Excellent hotel with modern rooms, superior room with wonderful waterfront views, a lovely rooftop restaurant, a heated pool and very professional and friendly staff. All our requests were fulfilled. I would like to return to a hotel with such a level of customer focus more than once.

It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel for the third time. I want to note the work of Fenosoa, Angelia and Sitraka, incredibly friendly and helpfully. Good breakfast with great selection of loose teas. Beds are comfortable.

dispensers in the bathroom did not work well (shampoo, shower gel). The rest is excellent

The heated swimming pool was a must, especially considering the winter time; it was really useful to take away the tiredness of the long trip to Antananarivo. The room was cosy and elegant and comfortable with lots of facilities. The hotel is located close to many commercial and service facilities.

I gave my clothes for laundry and left 24 hours later without getting them back, contrary to what was announced. I ordered a takeaway breakfast the night before and it was not ready in the morning; they actually had to check that the breakfast was billed (after I had already checked out) before serving the said breakfast.

Room too warm for Northern Europeans. Would have liked a sheet option on the bed instead of a duvet. Be good to have both
