Food & drinks are expensive

- Staff were super friendly and amazing - Mr.Amine is super great and made my stay super exceptional truly one of a kind. - Room was spacious, with mini stove, water heater, coffee machine, iron table and a small refrigerator works perfectly. - clean towels everyday. - SOHO Rooftop was amazing for relaxing. - Location in the center of everything. (5 walk to the local market, - 2 minutes walk to gas station mini market for basic necessity. - Irish pup just around the corner with lovely restaurant. - 20-30 minutes walk from all the historical places. - across the street a big beautiful park.

The proximity with the city centre Good restaurants in the vicinity, starting with Colbert Supermarkets at walking distance Safe If you are there to enjoy Tana night life, that's the place to be!

The room is quite spacious, and could have accommodated a little dining table for 2 I invited a person to join me to share some food and to have a nice time... the lack of a table was felt Hope this is sorted out the next time I book at Radisson Apparts

Extremely friendly staff, cleanliness

Did not enjoy the Soho restaurant at all, strongly disliked it. The Male staff were extremely disorganised, appeared to have little comprehension of the menu. We stated twice at the Raddison both times it was terribly cold on the terrace, we were given blankets but still cold, only two heaters of the 5 were working and the same on the second visit, no one bothered to repair them. Were unable to eat on level one. First visit the food was ok but second visit were unable to eat it all, as both dishes extremely salty

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and answered any questions that we had regarding our stay. During our visit, we had an issue with our shower which was resolved by the staff within a matter of hours, when typically it takes days to address such issues. The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy at first arrival and the beds were comfortable to say the least. The WIFI was pretty good and the view from our bedroom at night was fabulous. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people.

THE VIEW, from The RoofTop during daytime and night time is an absolute gem The rooms are modern and neat And the Staff is absolutely LOVELY..They really make you feel at home. An ARMY of PROFESSIONAL, always smiling and caring. They. I had the best laughters ever...Thanks to Mister "James" AMINE🤣🤣🤣🤣 ASK him ANYTHING, and he'll deliver... He was able to locate cuban cigars for me in Tana 💪

Please do something about the fact that there are no" ladies" and "gents" on the RoofTop. That's a little minus to the comfort. Because You have to go all the way down to the 1st floor to ease yourself, or eventually in your room if you're staying there. Would be great to fix that.

Superb rooms with a beautiful view over the city. Very well appointed. Staff exceptionally friendly and efficient.

Ridiculously complicated card/code system to operate the elevators. Location not suitable for leaving the hotel after dark which led to a feeling of being locked down again.

Everything was perfect and beyond my expectations. Very friendly, welcoming, nice and helpful staff. Very clean and modern room. Full with everything that you would need. Great view. Safe place. Thanks to the Lova, Emi, Abel and Tahir that made me feel at home.

Just as a suggestion, putting some cotton swabs in the bathroom would be great.

The best hotel in Tana, European standards, newly renovated, clean, safe, good internet connection, good food, great people working there taking care of things. We stayed there for about 10 weeks with a 2yo small kid. We wanted to move somewhere cheaper, but no other place we checked had similar or close enough leaving conditions as here. One great advantage is that the hotel has always clean water, in comparison with most other places where the water becomes brown red when it rains. For families with small kids this is very important. The hotel cleans and filters the water. Also, the hotel has a generator so there’s always electricity, compared with most of the other places where electricity can be gone for hours when is raining. The views from most of the rooms and the terrace are really nice, day or night. Another good bonus we appreciated was that we could use the swimming pool from radisson waterfront. The hotel shuttle took us there whenever we wanted. Initially, we didn’t like the fact that there was no park or garden to the kids out, but then the park across the street opened and it’s very convenient to go there whenever needed.

Excellent downtown hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good restaurant and rooftop. Self-service washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Rooftop storage noise at 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. for rooms located directly below. Missing plastic bag in bedroom toilet for feminine pads.
