I didn't turn on the tv so I don't know if the tv is clear or not. Check in and check out - Fast Aircon - Cold Room - I chose on the ground floor, convenient for my old age mom. Many boutique hotels in Alor Setar don't have ground floor room, need to climb stairs and no parking. That's why I booked this hotel. Very convenient. Water dispenser - Provided in the hall with hot and cold water Nearby Mall - Alor Setar Mall 3 minutes drive Pacific Mall - If you want to buy baju raya, the entire mall sells baju raya and shoes Alor Setar Tower - Okay but I think it's expensive and not worth it if you go with a big family. Honestly you go up and spend like 30 minutes and blow RM55 for 2 adults and 1 senior citizen price. Better go makan with that money. Padang Besar - 1 hour from hotel

Room 107 - The soap dispenser is not working. Pump but nothing comes out. Luckily we brought our own shower gel.

Everything was awesome and a strategic place. Can find restaurants nearby and most import is alor setar mall is just walking distance from this hotel. I love the stay and the comfort level. Its beyond my expectations. Thank you

I just have one issue. Morning time i heard some one pulling and pushing trolly outside my room. It just disturbed my sleep. Its because my room is very near to the main lobby. I think next time i should request room on high floor. So can avoid the noise of trolly all.

I'm travel with my family and have small kids. The staff telling us not make noise that may disturb other guest. I think better next time they also tell the customer before make booking or not allowed kids below 12 to stay. The room small. Hard to pray.

Each room only have 1 key.. so if 1 key card doesn't work, stuff need to use their one n only master key to open door for you.

once in alor setar toll 5min reach hotel there have lotus, mall and some restaurant.

the room have some rubbish and curry no clean by cleaner.. the WiFi was a bit slow at ground floor room. overall is excelled .

They helped me print documents for works with charge of 20cents per paper. Very cheap! Very clean properties, clean my rooms everyday Water heater, hair dryer and iron provided.

1of the towel not very clean. Toilet with black mark at the bottom (maybe algae). Tv images in screen shaky and not clear. Other things all are good....👍

Best value for money. Super clean and comfortable. The triple room was spacious. 3 power points for charging handphones beside the bed. Initially, was unable to flush the toilet. Within minutes after feedback was given, the management attended to the matter promptly.
