I requested for a baby cot because its “free cot available upon request”. However, every time I called to confirm the baby cot request, I got different answer from each staff. The first staff said they didnt have one, the second staff said she found one and will put in my room upon arrival. I arrived and theres No baby cot still ! The staff said they never have baby cot and he finally found one in the storage, with only 1 wheels out of supposedly 4, and the cot was unadjustable. Happy accepted the cot even when it was dusty and very unstable. upon check out, the staff said they will charge RM35 per night for the cot. I was really upset. They end up didnt charge me because apparentlythe staff arent aware that the cot is free. This situation really spoiled our stay.

We stayed in the premier family room. I like that there is a separate room for the single bed, and both rooms are equipped with a TV set mounted to the wall. Kettle and ironing facilities are provided in the room. The room also has a balcony! Location wise, very good as it is in walking distance to the Aman Mall, Alor Setar tower, etc.

Spacious room for three adults. Strategic location, Aman Central just across the road. You can find food nearby by walking, no need a transport. Alor Setar tower is just a walking distance too. Surrounding is busy at night.

Understand that this is an old hotel, but they have refurbished the top floor or at least the room we stayed in. Just a minor fixture to fix like door latch and some switches. Wish there is a small or dim light so we can let it on at night.

The room is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The hotel just a walking distance to many attractions like the mall, the Alor Setar tower. For sure can come to the hotel again.

The view from my room window is a roof. However, there were many cigarettes leftovers on the roof. So i guess if the hotel management can do something about this, then it would be okay.

Convenient location. Room is very spacious. Big car park space. Value for money.

Some of the towel look so old. There was blood on the blanket and it took 3 phone call, a visit to the reception and 1.5 hour wait to get it changed.

The location and the facilities. For a 2⭐ hotel, It's worth of money. Plus the hotel location is strategic for sightseeing most of the attractions are nearby. One thing is to prepare your shampoo & toothbrush set when you plan to stay here. Other than that you will enjoyed your stay. Recommended 👌🏻

the location is perfect just 3 minutes walk to Aman Centre. Parking is free just in frount of hotel. Room is clean and staff are very polite. It make me feels stay at home. China street just 5 minutes walk, you can find a lot of local food there.

The location is amazing. Very near to major shopping complex, eateries, museums/tourist attraction

No toilettries provided by the hotel. The pillows are also a bit not comfy. The sounds of people karaoke-ing on Saturday's night outside the hotel is a nightmare.

The friendly and helpful staffs, so roomy and comfortable, all time availability of parking, the restaurant, location...

hope not too much if they can provide toothbrush etc.

The hotel is walking distance to Aman Central and famous attractions in Alor Setar. Amazingly with just the rate of RM120, the room is big and comfortable. The toilet is super clean and I think they refurnish the hotel. Overall, I’m satisfied!
