The location of the hotel cover by a lot convienience stall so when want to get something is easy and nice. Other than that haiiizzz nothing that I like at all.

The hotel cleanliness are damn so terrible Cockroach every where. especially night time there are some will climb on your head as a mark I came here before. A hotel like this can't afford to pay some pest control to get everything easy and find . or the staff and boss actually have a habit to live with all Cockroach and insects ? Is a sort of scary experience. the toilet bowl also never clean properly. omg scary movie hotel.

We booked a suite room at great value. Room is spacious, the selling point is the jacuzzi - we really made full use of it during our stay.

The location was perfect, we had everything we need in an easy access. Dinner and breakfast were just around the corner, not to mention the nearby Lotus's, and a self coin laundry shop just behind the hotel for us to bring back clean clothes. Our room was 214 unit which was located at the end of the aisle, a bit far from the lift. But, it was quite convenient considering the iron and the iron board were just outside the room.

The pipe hose for the toilet was leaking and should have been checked and repaired before any check in. The rest were satisfactory, it's worth to come back and stay there again.

Maybe registration staff can smile a bit in front of customer, i know what they feel when they tired working especially for shift. But be professional, greet the customer well next time ya.

In spite of parking on the street, you can still get the parking. There's iron and ironing board in the room, hair dryer, kettle, mugs and water. Safebox too. Only no fridge. Near to many eateries. Secret recipe and Penang Chendul just few doors away or can choose the stalls that open around the area. Can even cross over the main road to go Lotus's. There's Coway water dispenser at the lobby too!

I suppose none for this trip.

The pillow ! ITS VERY FLUFFY AND I LIKE IT. The cleanliness of the room also, it good ! (But for Housekeeping part, please wipe on the coffee area and sink area cause a lot of dust there. Im using my wet tissue to wipe all of the dust) The location is really strategic as down below of the hotel got 7eleven and even opposite of the hotel got Tesco (Now called lotus). During night time, dun worry about food as the street below of the hotel, got variety street food and shop that you can choose. Im supposed to stay for 1 night and move to another destination, but Im extended my stay for another 1 nights cause Im feel not enough time to explore. Will I be back here ? perhaps…. 😎😊

The room quite small but still manageable as Im solo travelling this time. But if you coming for 2 person, its kinda cramp a bit, but still.. its manageable. The flip flop table beside the bed, its a bit narrow when I want to use it for eat something and its a bit dangerous too as I hit my leg 2 times.

Location: Lotus supermarket, shops, 7E, restaurants & food street vendors nearby Coway water filter to get your endless supply of clean drinking water & hot water Room: reasonable size. Cleanliness: fair

Location and the room setup. Near to Lotus's and food stalls. 7Eleven is nearby as well as the Caltex petrol station. So it is convenient for anything. Ironing board is available at the hallway. Housekeeping need to be called if need it.

Sometimes may have trouble finding parking although it's a free parking area. However it is not too bad.

My go to hotels whenever im travelling in Alor Setar...bang for my bucks.

Could use a little wall mounted mini rack...for putting my personal items and not clumping everything at the big table
