I had booked a superior double bedroom with a balcony for three nights. The room had a bunk bed and a huge TV with an internet connection, that my 6 year old daughter loved. The room was kid friendly with a nicely done up bunk bed ( huge Disney character pillows/bedsheet/blanket ) and a play mat big enough for my two kids The balcony looked over the swimming pool and the hills. Good spot to have your morning tea The Garden Cafe at the hotel was a beautiful place to have breakfast and has swings/ small fish filled pond/greenery The staff at the cafe understood English and took very good care of our food requests ( breakfast and dinner)

The location is a bit far from Genting Awana Amusement park and Bukit Tinggi. Had to book a Grab (Uber like) on a couple of occasions and could not find one. However, the hotel staff was kind enough to book a Taxi for us through some other app

Stayed a night at Superior Twin Room. Room space is big enough, equipped with 2 super single bed. The cleanliness is good. The staffs also friendly and willing to help. We had problem with the room door which is cannot lock. We raised this issue to the staff and they are able to address the issue with the room door, resolving it promptly. The location is away from noise, although it requires a bit of extra driving after passing the Petron petrol station.

The cons is the bathroom door lock being tricky and hard to unlock once it's been locked. The parking for hotel guest is actually limited. So we have to move to the rooftop and park at uncovered area.

Clean, friendly receptionist, value for money, location of the hotel is about 800 meters away from shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for lunch and dinner.

Breakfast could have been better, don’t expect for a buffet breakfast like how we usually expect from a hotel stay, here you can either choose Nasi Lemak or American breakfast. Nasi lemak was tasty and came with fried chicken but the American breakfast was total disappointment, 1 small piece sausage, cheap nuggets, 6-7 piece of baked beans, 2 fried eggs, some fries and the sets of sandwich with jam.

We booked 4 King Deluxe rooms. The receptionist is friendly & heplful. Rooms are spacious. Either the bathroom or bedroom is clean & comfortable with all the basic things we need. Truly above my expectations. Even balcony doors installed with mosquito nets to avoid mosquitoes go into the room. We all have a pleasant stay there.

The access to the rooms is OKU & elderly unfriendly. We have 2 OKU & 3 elderly. We need to pass by staircase to access the lift, which the only lift is truly small. It fit to a wheelchair with 2 accompanies only.

Spacious room, clean pillows & bed sheet, nice thick comfortable pillows not like mostly hotel. nice 60" TV with quality audio, even listen to radio with low volume. nice corridor with kid swimming pool, tree & hill view, also can hear like waterfall sound. not to mention the friendliness of the receptionist. decide to stay in room with only take a cup of tea for breakfast until check out, just to enjoy the calm & peacefullness. will come back bcause not so far, hopefully nothing change.

please use same entrace when exit, because path to next level is very narrow.

1) the facility. The pool with playground. Place is clean and safe. Except the big ants around. 2) the clean room, the soundproof, the beds, the big TV, the clean toilet, the Wifi the space, the hair dryer, the room located near the parking, the natural surrounding is so peaceful. 3) the food near the resort, convenient store nearby 4) the complimentary reward to customer, the price reasonable 5) the staff, the friendliness, the information provide to customer are clear. Everything is just amazing!

1) TV channel should improve with kids channel and some action movies. 2) maybe have transport for customer to and back. This will be a big plus to customers from overseas and locals. Nothing much to dislike

Swimming pool view view outside balcony it's nice to view the jungle view and alot of fog that makes it even more nice to view Room space quite big good facilities good tv with complete smart tv and app

To install water dispenser at every corridor in each floor breakfast per person rm 20 is ok but less variety of food should be more food options like other hotels hope it get to change bathroom hope to fix ventilation fan to filter out the bad smell

I when there for a business trip, it's in a very convenient location for a short stay, the building actually located beside a waterfall and 5min drive from the nearest town, so you if you are looking for a quiet place to stay and close to the nature, this place maybe one of your choices.

there's some leaking from the ceiling when I turn on the water heater, luckily it doesn't too bad, have respond this issue to the management. they are very helpful. but overall experience still acceptable.

It was my second visit. Manage to get back my previous room I stayed. Short and sweet stayed in this relaxing resort. Here will be my only destination to stay if I ever come to Genting Highlands. Hope next time able to get a free breakfast and try their delicious food.

Nah.. Nothing to dislike. Maybe next time can upgrade the shower head. Too heavy until it keeps falling down.
