2 bed apartment is very comfy and spacious. Wash+ Dry washing machine and microwave is very useful for us. Nice plates, tea pots and cups and glasses are good qualities and well maintained. Love the complimentary coffee station. Even better if there are juices served for non coffee drinkers. Guest service very nice, they help us arranged higher floor with good views.

Furniture especially cupboard on 2nd room a bit worn out and lightning wiring at master bedroom required to fix too. Suggest them to fix. Last stay shaving amenities are provided but now it is reduced. The floor of the lifts need to be fixed too.

The breakfast was really fantastic. The food served is of very good quality & has a lot of choice. The staff manning the outlet were very helpful & very friendly especially the kitchen staff. The outlet itself is very cozy & relaxing. Love the view outside while having the breakfast.

The entrance to the lobby is not so friendly for handicapped person. Did not realise and was not informed that you could conveniently access the hotel lobby from the parking area on level 5. This information need to be shared to the first time guest to the hotel. Lastly on our last day in the hotel, there was a false alarm that went off and one of my family member whom is physically challenged has to walk down the stairs. I was really upset about this and the hotel staff was late to inform that it was a false alarm. Very unprofessional.

The room is very spacious and the equipments provided in the rooms are very new and complete. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staffs are also friendly. There were a number of food options near this hotel, mostly operating at night. The hotel rate is very reasonable considering the room size and it is rather new. Overall, there is nothing to complain about this hotel other than that it is not on Penang island, where most of the tourist attractions are.

The hotel is not on Penang island, taking grab to George Town takes about 30-40 min and about RM 30-40 with toll. Could be painful if you are visiting Penang island everyday.

Breakfast is provided and is fine. The chefs prepare the breakfast shouting out when the order is ready. Room was fine and clean. There is onsite pool, gym and laundrette facilities for RM10 a cycle. This was handy for us. Staff were pleasant and overall our stay was good. Property is probably the tallest building in the area.

My first visit to Penang and honestly this is not the fault of the property but as tourists we didn't realise that we needed to cross the bridge daily to visit the sites we wanted to visit. The taxis we took added toll fares x2 at our cost. The airport is around 20-30 mins away. Traffic can be an issue so leave early to ensure you arrive on time. Around the property there are shops and shuttles to malls but these were not of interest to us. The shower did not have a screen and therefore water splashed everywhere. We also found the water running cold at times.

The room, breakfast service

We requested flowers on the bed for our check in in advance with a payment also done in advance. However, on the day of check-in, the receptionist told me that they did not have flowers and staff responsible for this were not working that day. Then I insisted several times on it as I requested it in advance. However, the receptionist agreed and then told me I had to pay again. I already told him before that a payment was already done, eventually I had to show proof. Before someone checks in, please check if someone has made a reauest in advance and take care of it. We wasted a lot of our time there because of this.

Breakfast was definitely not worth it. Even school canteen provides better choices. For the price paid i expect better.

The room is incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and fully functional with a convenient washer and dryer. Additionally, there is a paid self-service laundry available. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a microwave and all necessary cooking utensils. During our stay over Ramadan, breakfast was served promptly at 5 am and was quite satisfying. Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to utilize the enormous swimming pool, but we will definitely make a point to do so next time. We look forward to returning and making the most of all the amenities available.

The room was spacious. Really comfortable bed and pillows. The pool was exceptional and the security measures are great too. I'd have to give extra credits to the night shift receptionist Mr Ruben, he was extremely welcoming, polite and helped me a lot with my booking. We also liked the free coffee available for the guests.

The breakfast offered was very mediocre. They had the basic breakfast menu. They precooked/prefried the omelette so it was cold.

The location is near a stretch of bars and restaurant, there are massages, hair salon and clinics nearby as well. It's a walkable distance and is fine without a car. There are water dispenser in every floor as well, you just need a bottle.

One of the family room had a choke pipe on the shower head. But they are able to switch the room swiftly. I run into some issues 2 nights before checking in and received a message via booking.com by the property to verify my payment. However, I quickly learnt it's a scam and had blocked my card and verify with booking.com. They are able to resolve this swiftly and no additional charge was made to my card. This scam could be from anyone so guests should just ask if they are unsure about links provided on chat messages.

The property is close to the main highway so it was convenient for us to go to different areas of Penang including the Georgetown via the bridge. The unit that we had comes with a living room and 2 bedrooms. It was very spacious and very clean. The view from the rooftop pool is awesome.

When we arrive, the receptionist informed us that they did not have our booking. Thus, they had contact Booking.com to verify our booking and that took almost 30min. Parking lots in front of the property is very limited.
