these is huge disappointment when you room was break in by thief under iconic hotel supervision , iconic hotel will tell you it’s not responsible for iconic hotel at all , they will ask you to call police by yourself. that’s all highly concerned for the safety issue without security protection under iconic hotel.

(1) Food quality and range for breakfast (2) Clean rooms (3) Very good service by the people in charge of cleaning the rooms e.g. changing of towels, replacing mineral water

(1) There was one staff at the reception who was not very friendly (cannot remember her name, wears spectacles and a bit on the plump side). Initially, I thought it was her command of English but then realized that her customer service mannerism needs to be improved. The rest in the reception area were very good.

Very clean and spacious room and good hotel facilities, enjoyed the breakfast selection and excellent hotel amenities. The staff were friendly. The housekeeping staff was accommodating.

Room we stayed in, the bathroom flooring/tiles is uneven, the water could not drain. The engineering staff and housekeeping did help to clean it up, but then the same thing occurred.

Short transit stay, but enjoyable nonetheless. Hospitality exceeded my expectation, staffs are helpful. Room size is decent, without feeling cluttered. Location is convenient for food/drinks lined by long street of restaurants/pubs/convenient stores.

Can be more generous with the supply of toilet papers (1 roll of toilet paper/room/day; and may not necessary be a full roll).

the check in is always so smooth no matter how busy the front desk is. the room is always being prepared in a very delicate manner, that make the guest feel so comfy the minute walk into the room.

the only thing to pick as a topic to fuss, it will be the car park. obviously in week day especially in day time, some time finding a parking in the hotel building can be a mind challenging matter.

Seems like the sound proof not so good. Can't get deep sleep due to people walking up level also can hear Middle of the night. The pillow also Too high. Would suggest a lower soft pillow good for spine. I got a neck pain and my mother and father in law was complaining abt pillow too. Other than that, all good perfecto.

My room is big and the coffee maker is fantastic! Bed is huge and comfy. Air conditioning works perfectly.

There is a little plumbing smell in the toilet. Had to flush and flush all the water hole to get rid of the smell.

the room is spacious. the hotel facilities are clean & well maintain. parking was easy. overall i'm happy with my stay & will come back

the kiblat sign is somewhat hidden. should be place somewhere easily seen.

Large well decorated room and comfortable bed - everything appeared fairly new. Value for money and no hesitations in recommending.

Piped loud music in the lobby starting around 6am would be better played in the evening. Aside from that, all good.
