Pls tell to your cleaners tu put the toothbrush in each room... both of my booked room dont have it ... and i need to ask at the cleaner of the toom for it... should be prepared before we checked in... Pls check it..

Room rate is reasonable with ample of parking space. During Covid period it is important that window can be opened to allow fresh air to enter. This is the reason I select this hotel with balcony and individual air-conditional unit. Those hotel with central air-conditional will keep on circulating virus within the building.

Breakfast is too simple. Asking for hard boiled egg was not possible. Again over burned fried egg, was served.

The room is clean, tidy, and quite spacious. Plenty of power outlet in room. Most importantly, not much noise (not very crowded). The staffs are friendly and helpful, kudos to them. Plenty of parking space within the lot, which nice. The breakfast is okay, not the best, but acceptable (got porridge, rice, fried noodles, one vege dish, one chicken dish, salad, bread those).

The watwr broiler in the room wong turn off automatically. A bit bummer.

Decent place. For the price you pay it exceeds expectation. Very convenient if you travel for work purpose because the room have lots of plug points, comfortable working table. Breakfast choice was quite limited, but fair for the price you pay Parking free inside the parking bound, so you feel more secured about your car

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I requested to check in very early at 1 pm and, soon was given the room. There was ample parking space. Room had a tiny balcony, might be useful for smokers. It did not feel crowded, although it was fully booked.

The toilet seat was a bit wobbly, which made me hesitant to use. The shower curtain looked moldy.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is not an issue at all. Staff is friendly and helpful

We arrived from Johor at 530pm and were aghast when we were told that the only person to check is in at the counter had gone for a dinner break. No one else could do for us except the only staff who went to take a dinner break. We waited for an hour to be checked in and my elderly parents were so tired from a long journey. They waited at the lobby for an hour. The hotel should have at least 2 staff and having one is RIDICULOUS

Exceed expectation, reasonable rate, location is good (easy access). Breakfast is good. Ample parking with walking distance to supermarket (behind hotel). Overall excellent stay.

Towel is small, ok for gents, not for ladies. Suggest upgrade towel.

Exceptionally clean room and very friendly staff. Breakfast served was reasonable good.

The WIFI is very slow

The room was very big and value for money.

The bathroom shower head was not in a good condition. The mixture of hot and cold water was difficult to match. a few seconds of very hot water, and another few seconds of cold water.
