We were in room 7 and it was very loud with street noise, and noise from plumbing in other rooms. Shower was also dangerously hot even when set on coolest temperature (we let the staff know, so hopefully they fix it)

Good location, close to everything and many choices of food restaurants, the receptionist was great and very welcoming.

I had a hard time with the bathroom hot water temperature, there was no soap in the bathroom.

Location was great for food. Staff very warm and friendly. He was very helpful to give some pointers of what is around the area. Layout and deco of the room and overall hotel was great!

The shower. There were no instructions on how to use it. And it was very difficult to adjust. Although there was warning about the shower being very hot, we were unable to figure out how to adjust it on the 1st night and got scalded. Bathroom partition is not up to the ceiling so it is awkward hearing the noise from the toilet. And for Room 7, the toilet bowl area was not even frosted hence anyone in the room has full clear view of the person using the toilet bowl.

Location is fantastic, close to street food vendors, cafes and coffee shops with the main backpacker stretch 1 street away. Beautiful buildings right there from when you set off. I chose the terrace room and would ABSOLUTELY recommend paying for the upgrade to this room, having the terrace made my stay. Be aware the terrace is roadside and this is a busy active street so you will be in the action. YOGIS room to roll out two mats here for some amazing practice in the warmth. Great shower temperature. Super welcoming and friendly staff, if you need food recommendations just ask.

The bathroom is in the bedroom with a glass partition, for me alone this was fine although I could hear the toilet cistern. For couples and friends there is a privacy strip and a powerful fan but the toilet is open to the room at the top - another reason to get the terrace room! There is a blanket for the bed with no extra sheet so I found getting the right temperature difficult between having aircon and not enough blanket and no aircon and needing a sheet. would recommend two blankets in the room and a sheet. You will need earplugs as there is a metal plate in the street that makes noise as cars drive over it and some nights the bar opposite was noisy.

The room was very big and readily available despite of us arriving late in the evening; the instructions to get in the hotel and in the room were clear enough. The bathroom was very nice and big. The bedroom has a very nice modern style. The location is very good, close to the most important areas of Georgetown, the indications given by the hotel to reach the touristic places were clear enough.

There was nobody from the staff present at any moment we were in the hotel. There is a karaoke club with horrible singers right in front of the hotel, so some rooms might not be very convenient.

very spacious room & bathroom, washing sink outside of the bathroom make it convenient if you more people, aircon super cool, pantry to refill hot & cold water, coffee & tea. Hotel sent message to me on the day arrival & give instruction for easy self-check in with password provided. location very central to eateries & night market, walking distance to Komtar bus station.

We booked a triple room with a double bed & the extra bed is actually a converted sofa bed which is not so comfortable, staircase not convenient for elderly or if you have heavy luggages. A pub just opposite the road.

No kettle, tv or mini fridge, but there is an exterior common area with all that plus free coffe and cookies.

We love the room. The staff was very smiling and welcoming. It almost felt like home. The room was bright, clean, inviting, and very comfortable. The shower was just wow! We love the shampoo and especially the shower gel! The hotel terrace is very nice as well. It is filled with plants and all you need, like water facilities, fridge, microwave, cutleries. There is all you need there. The hotel is very close to tourist attractions; we walked to most of them. At night, you can enjoy a nice stroll to Love Lane for diner and a few drinks as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

The walls are quite thin, so you can hear when people are talking loudly next door.

The room is spacious and so beautiful..Staff so helpful and this hotel located at startegic area for food hunter and tourist attraction.If you are looming for valur for money room ,Attic is the one of the best choice.

No designated parking area and we need to find the parking spot at the road side.unfortunately, I was summoned by Majlis Bandaraya..so bad.my advise better find the designated parking spot or else RM 100 will fly out from your pocket.

Convenient room with enough space for 2ppl, only inconvenient was that bathrook was behind the glass window without any drapes or curtains. Hotel staff make sure to keep room and facilities clean everyday. Perfect location for people who looking for some street food, restaurants, bars etc. Also for those who love to take a pictures of street arts, buildings and temples - really recommend location. About 10’ walk from hotel there is a street for souvenirs fans, we bought many handmade bags, keychains and magnets ;)
