We booked a family room for three people (maximum 4 pax) and overall we had an extremely pleasant stay at Frame Hotel in Penang. Would like to highlight that the room size was alot larger than most hotels of similar type and we appreciate how clean the room was. The toilet had a wet and dry area and hot showers with good water pressure was readily available which kept our stay very comfortable and room cleaning service was impeccable. From the time we were here, the reception was always friendly and 24 hours. The main entrance will be closed form 7pm to 7am which made us feel safe. The beds are comfortable and we had large space to moving around and placing our luggages. The hotel also provides for ample hangers to hang clothes/towel. There are really good amenities nearby including the New world park food centre nearby, New day porridge etc. The hotel offers also easy pick up/drop off point which is great for Grab rides which is so easy to move around in Penang. This is a very good hotel with good value. The only downside was perhaps the room was not as soundproof i.e. we could hear doors banging when people leave but we have no issues with that during our stay. Cons: slightly noisy when people leave their hotel rooms and TV channels are very limited.

The hotel is located at a strategic area with many restaurants available in walking distance. The room is clean and things are new.

staff was friendly. especially the morning front desk Indian girl during my stay...shes the only one who greets me every morning and i did observed she patiently served and help an old couple who needs to book a cinema ticket..shes really a good staff.

the only thing was i came back late one of the night during my stay and i could not find any packing lot at all...hope fully the hotel can arrange parking lot for ur customer...

The room is very big,it got a fridge n safetybox,but don't know how the safetybox works.The bed and pillow is very comfortable to sleep at, my neck was not hurt in the morning,so it's good.Location is ok, but a bit of far from the seashore,you need to take Grab / driving to there.But there's many food available in walking distance,around 650m~800m of walking.

The aircond can be colder, a bit of hot even tho we set the temperature to 17c, but it didn't feels like 17c, maybe hotel's management can check n clean their aircond more frequently.

Everything was good except there is no parking during check in time. Its a bit pricey for low budget travelers but its okay. Manageable. Otherwise its a good and wonderful stay. Good cleanliness.

Amazingly clean facilities. Very safe and they lock the doors after 7pm

They only provided one card per room for a family of six. Logistics wise it was a little tricky.

Cleaniness, comfortable and out of bustling area and quite night.

No direction of Qiblat for Muslim quest to perform prayer and no prayer mate readying in the room.

Very nice and clean room. Nice city view from our room. Friendly hotel staff and will repeat our stay when we come back to Penang. All is good!
