Very good location, friendly and helpful staff and overall excellent customer service.

The bedsheets are a little bit musty. Maybe housekeeping can double-check. Breakfast buffets were good, but have a weird placement of foods and drinks, to be honest. We didn't even know there's more food at the back because we honestly thought that's the kitchen and was firstly disappointed with the selection of foods we first saw. You might want to reconsider the food placement or maybe put a sign that there's more food at the back.

Unpleasant dinner experience at Elementos. The staffs were seems like new and not familiar with the ordering process. We were not provided with proper menu and order information. Lastly, it was really weird that the staff always forget to serve the food without cutlery.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. One end is right in front to the beach and the front of the hotel is just a minute walk away from a good local food centre. Easy access to malls by taxi or private hire cars.

The is an incident on second last day of my stay. The housekeeping staff came to tidy up the room and left me a packet of locally made(well known) cookies. Thanks for that. She was pleasant and greeted me goodbye and see you again soon when as she was told that I was checking out the next day. Later in the afternoon, a housekeeping staff came and rang my doorbell repeatedly waking me up from my deep afternoon snooze. Simply irritating and annoying. She asked " are you checking out ? " This is really a nuisance, you don't go round ringing guests rooms to find out if they are checking out. You check with your office which are the guests checking out and work accordingly.

The view and the location

Its not clean , and the room cleaner isn’t cooperative , i called room service 4 times and iam aware about there work tome and no one answered, you know i reserved 2 supreme rooms already for my family but they saied each room in floor and you know i have kids with me and i plane booking first and hotel because they make me pay to take suites and paying more 1200 rm to upgrade 1 room which is enough for 6 person, but they still keep the other supreme room which is over , and the cleaner on 2nd day the room cleaner steals my perfume, also there is no netflex on tv . Note iwill write all this in Google reviews as googlw guide

I really like the layout of the hotel room - it was really comfortable and so very spacious! The staff are also amazing - very friendly, kind, and super helpful! The location is great - really next to the beach and we had a wonderful view of the sea from our room - just that you need to be aware of where you are in Penang but very easy to get a Grab / ride to get to wherever you are going. Also, hotel food was amazing!! We did room service + had dinner onsite and they were quick and really delicious. Excellent stay!

The only issue we had was that the room wasn't very clean upon check in - could feel the floor was sandy / dusty, and there was a small piece of thrash on the floor. But upon calling the hotel, they quickly sent someone to clean the room so that was great. No other issues though - assistance was always quick so really appreciate that.

I loved the fact that we were given a room with sea view / also view of the town around the hotel. The room attendants did a fabulous job cleaning the room too! Loved the convenience of a side gate to access beach conveniently, not forgetting friendly reception staffs who always greets us guest warmly! Will definitely return to this hotel if I visit Penang in future

Though breakfast items are plenty, a lot of the options are “processed food”. It will be nice to have slightly more varieties of cooked items over the processed items. Though I just say that the egg station / self cooked noodle station was good!

The spacious rooms, comfy beds, the gym, the pool,the proximity to the beach, the shower and the coffee machine in the room. One lovely member of staff who recommended where I could find veggie food within walking distance.

Lack of water refill stations- I went up 2 floors to refill my bottle every day at least twice . Otherwise you just get more and more plastic bottles of water put in your room. Also so much plastic in rooms- not necessary-guests could just request if they need things on check in or after. Soooo much single use plastic! 2 vegan/veggie options on menu so I ate out every day. Disappointing choice.

It has direct beach access. But sadly you can’t swim there due to the jellyfish. You can just dip your toe, playing sands, walk around the beach.

Lack of parking. There’s parking floor at the hotel but it’s limited. First come first serve. Those who didn’t get to park at there need to park their car at the roadside which i doubt in the safety. You can use the parking of the restaurant across the hotel building but need to rm10. That’s the big downside for this hotel. When you build this hotel, you should have plan right on the numbers of room and the parking lot? It should be tally.

Beautiful ocean view from the room, very courteous staff, decent swimming pool. Added bonus of having great places to eat nearby, we especially liked Taiba shawarma at Viva food court, and Pang Hainan Coffee & Nasi Lemak. Mynews @ Tanjung Point nearby is very convenient and stays open until 2am.

The steam room, poolside showers and some other facilities are not in use now (possibly covid killed them off). Also, the location isn't particularly amazing if you're a first timer, since neither Georgetown nor Batu Ferringhi are close by.
