I like everything. I like the location next to beach. I can open the window and hear the wooshing sound of the beach. It is easy for bus & grabcar to access, just by the roadside. There is a MyNews outlet next to reception and you can find almost everything there, even top up you ewallet. There is a filtered water tap in the room, you dont have to worry. The pantry area is big too, you can eat your takeaway food in the room with comfort. Coffee and snacks are easily available nearby. The beach is also private access. Love the stay and would definitely come again.

The laundry is quite expensive and can only load small amount of clothes.

View is amazing and they clean room every 3 days. They also have a washing machine a drying machine but you have to pay 20RM for washing and 10RM for drying. It was amazing stay.

A Seaview from a balcony with a sunrise and sunset view every day. The location and ease of access were bonuses. The unit itself was brilliant 3 bedrooms with a bathroom each and also a shower in the wet room off the kitchen.

Hand towels.

The apartment was very clean, big and nicely decorated. The view was even better!

Not much food around but grab is convenient so it wasn't really troublesome

The beach not under maintain, even it’s public, other hotels had clean up garbages near their area, except Tanjung point hotel area, it’s very dirty

It was really clean, well maintained, good sea view, good AC, everything was satisfied.

BUT the receptionist who Indian woman was bad attitude, not friendly, looks angry,.. cannot communicate logically.

the sceneries from the residence is beautiful. the property is clean

sorry to say, but the elevator was the worst. this place has 33 levels, but there’s only 2 elevators working, and we are in pandemic, every single time people have to squeeze in the lift because you have to wait for such a longgggggggggg time to go up or even down. you guys should work out on this man

pool is amazing, had a view of the sea and the beach from my room and I think most rooms have a seaview! staff is just great, always helping even when you’re trying to find a waxing salon! I extended my stay there 3 times! you have rebates to do some water sports like paddle bird and jet skis. there’s like a hawker center close by, an all purpose store called lotus (reminds me of Walmart) just 15 min walk away in a mall with food court! there’s a convenience store right below the apartments! loved everything about the place. more on the expensive side for Penang but worth every penny! very easy to just get a grab to go to town or anywhere else! there’s also a bus stop real close that I was told was very convenient and easy. didn’t actually take the bus myself.

nothing really! laundry is on the expensive side but it’s right by the pool so easy to do and not lose time relaxing or enjoying your vacation. they keep it well maintained and doing so without hindering the clients and residents

Location. Bed. Balcony. Mart at the lobby area. Fast check in and out.

No TV channels to watch. Should provide balcony slippers so that feet will not bring dirt into the room. No sofa in the room although photos/description when booking showed that there was a sofa in the room.

The pool was excellent, and kept very clean. There was a watchful member of staff there to help out if required. The pool provided a very welcome way to relax and keep cool in the heat. It was large enough to have a decent swim and small enough to feel safe in. The staff at the residences were helpful and super friendly. They worked very hard to keep the rooms clean. The beautiful views of the sea, especially at sunrise and sunset were superb. The shop downstairs was a bonus and well stocked with extra food items, snacks and cleaning items.

The beds were slightly short in the bedrooms which might not suit taller visitors.
