The staff very rude about manage my booking, and i i also hotelier staff and the hotel not provided for special services for regular customers my self also many times stay with this hotel,

Staff during checkin was ok la. But during check out a bit rude. She take my card and said "maybe" tq without looking at me. Of cos without smile. Hmmm yes im going to leave so no need to layan bagus2 dah..... So if she still maintain this kind of attitude to be receptionist. All the guest will leave your hotel without come back. I happy during my stay... Suddenly the last part before i balik... U buat i rasa xnak datang lagi.

Surprisingly, the hotel room was quite spacious compared to others in Penang within the same price range. All the amenities were in good condition and functional, making it suitable for families. Additionally, the hotel has access to the beach.

Perhaps what I didn't like was that the hotel provided a mediocre breakfast that was very limited and didn't showcase the full flavors of Penang cuisine as it should. Additionally, the breakfast price was charged for children aged 4 and above, unlike other hotels where typically charges are for children aged 6-7 years and above. The pool was also very ordinary and limited for the number of hotel guests. It could be improved by adding slides or upgrading to a small-scale theme park experience.

The room is big and spacious ...the pool location is great...value for your money....

The parking lot is limited...need to park outside ...

The safe is not working

The hotel just right in front of the beach and same go to coffee house as you will enjoy your breakfast or lunch with beautiful sea view , When come to cleanliness , l strongly believe that this hotel are the best amount 3 star hotel Lastly , there are a Chinese Hawker centre in front of the hotel

The front office staff should be more friendly and helpful

My room was exactly as expected. Clean, all amenities provided, great shower and very comfortable bed. Great view. Most of all though was the professionalism of the staff. As a traveler, having an easy check in and out makes a big difference to experience. For the price, Hotel Sentral Seaview is likely the best on the waterfront.

The staff were very good; competent, efficient and friendly. The hotel had all the facilities we needed. The room we were given was big and comfortable. The location is pretty good; an easy bus 101 ride from central George Town, near to reasonable beaches and close to good food and a mall with food and supermarket.

Our room wasn't the cleanest (lots of hair laying about from previous people) and the room is need of some maintenance, particularly in the bathroom. It's not the hotel's fault, but be aware while we were there the bar next door played loud music until late. As a former expensive hotel, it's still pretty good value for money; you get a lot for reasonable rates.

The hotel was very nice we stayed a long time mostly because the reception staff were the best staff we have ever met at any hotel we have ever stayed in the world . Sal the receptionist was very kind and helpful 💛we will definitely be back to stay at this lovely hotel . Thank you Sal ! 🌸…And all the breakfast and housekeeping staff for all your kindness 10/10 🙏
