Amazing value for money. Stylish, brand new property. The bed deserves a separate mention! Heavenly!

The hotel were nice, clean and the staff here was amazing. The location is good with many eateries and bar around. Check in process was fast and efficient. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely come back here for out next visit to Penang! 🥰

location is great. around the corner of love lane. the design is good as well. bit contemporary and esp the bathroom is well designed.

we don’t think the staff is already well trained to run this new hotel. You get free bottles of water. however one of our bottles was already opened and three-quarter full. we assume it was the bottle from the previous guest and housekeeping didn’t change secondly there were several hairs in the shower and bathtub. cleaning was not properly done. also stains in some of the sheets. We left the room at twelve and signposted for housekeeping. when we came back at 5pm the room was not done. the girl at reception mentioned it would be done when we were leaving for dinner. when we left we checked with the desk and the same staff mentioned that room could not be done anymore because it had been so busy. after we complaint about that attitude the room was done later that night. but that should not be discussion. housekeeping is an included part of the booking arrangement and you cannot just refuse housekeeping because it’s so busy. get your priorities and duties right.

The location is very convenient for bar hopping, but parking is almost impossible.

the hotel is only about 3 months old but the walls had big nasty stains, i was locked in my own room several times because the door wasn’t functioning well. The toilet drainage is horrible. Water pools up at the shower area even if I’m taking a quick 10 min shower. Everything from the booking pic is only shown at an angle from real room. No breakfast/any other facilities as well. Honestly quite disappointing, but i was only here for a short stay. Use for sleeping only is fine. If you’re looking to actually relax and enjoy, I think there are better hotels at the area.
