This is a hidden gem of a resort in Ipoh, nestled amongst the rainforest valley and a private golf course 😍 The privacy here is excellent, with very good cellular reception and WiFi, enabling business travellers to work overlooking a beautiful scenery 👍🏽 They also had a delegated parking for guests which is quite rare. The staff are friendly and there are basic amenities 10 minutes away (petrol station, convenient stores, street food, etc.) just outside the golf course.

The location is about 30 minutes from all the main hotspots at Ipoh (which was not an issue for me with proper planning) 😉 I'd recommend this property for guests looking for a relaxing time away from all the touristy places.

Love the location as it seems secluded from the hustle bustle of the city. So quiet and serene. We also love the view of the golf field, spectacular. The room was also clean and comfortable. They also have a kids room (even though not that big and doesn't have much variety), but it still can make the kids happy to play there. They also provide bicycles for guests to use. Buggy car service was also provided if you want to go anywhere inside the resort, really helpful.

I just missed the info that the room rate was for two adults, so I need to add an extra charge for the kids, luckily they just charge RM 90. They were really strict about how many guests that you could bring in as it is based on the beds provided. So you should ask the resort for any clarity, if you plan to book from other than their website. As for this matter, it's better to stay at a hotel as they are quite lenient on this. The rate was also without breakfast, so a bit pricey for us.

The resort is far away from the hustle bustle of the city. A quite and serene place. Clean atmosphere as it is near the forest.

Upon checking out, the staff still checking all the items in place such as asking for the 'unseen' bath towel in the room. For me, this act gives the impression as if we are not trustworthy by taking it out from the room. I think this procedure should be stopped by now.

Everything..the cleanliness..the view and staff

I won't say I don't like. but i have mere suggestions to give. You can consider to add more games in the club house. for example, dart..and board games..or maybe Playstation/Xbox where u can charge customers if they want them.

The Studio room we stayed in were very clean, give thumbs up to the room keeping services. Free Kacang Puteh made our trip memorable and free mini bar. Sufficient pantry supplied for a short stay.

Shower water current not strong. Sofa Bed should be given linen sheet for hygiene purposes, only extra pillow and blanket were found in the wardrobe, no linen.

A resort surrounded by trees: Air is fresh with night temperature very pleasant and lower than that in the city of Ipoh. Room is spacious. Car park is free and parking lots are plenty.

The tea table in the living room is having only 3 legs and easily be overturned with drinks dropping to the floor. It is a stupid design to have 3 legs tea table.

The staff being so helpful with me for preparing a surprise for my wife birthday. They also give a free cake. We are not able to eat at the restaurant due to some private event while we are there. Thank you for all the friendly staff. The room itself is clean, with all the cooking utensils is nicely prepared and cleaned. Also the atmosphere there is very calming and suitable for escaping busy city life.

The only downside that i can say is there are no directories for facilities inside the resort itself provided in the room. We keep wondering where are the other facilities until we go and ask the staff. Also it will be nice to have room service for the food from the restaurant.

Loved everything about the room we stayed, cozy environment, super quiet and peaceful , nice facilities, room was very clean, great place for retirement and for leisure. Not to mention , good service from the guards , everywhere you go they'll greet you, check in and check out process very smooth , took me less than 10 mins before I got my keys. Definitely will return here.

-Reception staffs could use a smile. They looked so cold. They were courteous but could've used a smile when dealing with guests. - The resort should consider queen beds instead of 2 twin beds combined together. It was quiet hard for us to sleep as the bed keeps separating and causing a hole in the middle so we had to keep pushing it to keep it together again.

The serenity of the place, the restaurant was amazing. Dont fault the location as it is not meant for people looking for a bustling place. It is a bit far from Ipoh town but that is not why we came here.

Bicycles’ gears out of order, will be challenging cycling up the hills. Please upgrade.

I have stayed here a few times already. and the standards are still very good. The pool is excellent and my whole family loves it. The suite is really good to just relax and do nothing. Early morning it's so nice to go for walks and enjoy the greens and fresh air. After go for a swim.
