We stayed for three nights during the Luna New Year peroid. It was our third time staying at this hotel. The location is considered good. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. We were pleased to be given the same room as last year, which is excellent. Eateries and shops are located on the ground level next to the hotel. For those who are vegan, Fang Yuan and Chef Recipe restaurants offer vegan and vegetarian menus to choose from.

To nitpick. The remote controller for the air-con can be confusing for those who rarely use it. The sound insulation is weak. I can hear people speaking in the next room sometimes.

Staff was polite & Efficient. Helped to store baggage while we ate lunch after checkout Very good location. Many food spots and KTV around.

Couldn’t get Hot Water! ); Water heater not very strong. Water was lukewarm. Couldn’t get hot water even on highest setting.

:) 1) The recept staffs were all really nice and helpful. 2) The lobby and recept area is really cute and nice. 3) The bed is comfy (cuz we prefer the harder kind of bed) 4) The room is cozy and aircon temp is adjustable to our liking 5) Good location as it's near to many eating places and there is no noise pollution

:( 1) We love the water pressure when it is on, but it gets really noisy. 2) The toilet floor is a little slippery when wet. 3) The pillows are VERY flat.

- Night club around. This area is crowded at night. Still can hear a loud music if you stay at first floor because the room is not fully sound proof. Also you can hear other room plugging their plug. - Parking problem at night, In case you out for dinner. - The bathroom is smelly, because the fan problem.

It was nice and comfortable. Plus the reception area has huge teddy bears!

The room's walls are not particularly thick, so we could hear noise from outside and from the corridor. Another thing is the parking. Since this hotel is in a commercial district, be prepared to fight for your parking space with other people heading to restaurants and cafes around the area.

Price reasonable, clean, basic things provided, bathroom clean & enough space, shower water is strong pressure, hot water good, have a mini fridge, bed & blanket thick, aircond cold, good location around alot food shops and night time have alot bars & restaurants, eateries shops nearby. Lights is good Alot of public car park space just need to buy own parking coupons.

Room no decor, very bare, basic simple, small window, no sofa chair, small table, floor not carpet, door no peep view hole, hallway walkway abit narrow. No decoration around hallway.

The location is considered good for Taman Mount Austin, walkable to many shops and restaurants in the area, yet not too noisy due to it's corner location. Staff were friendly.

Soundproofing could be improved; we could hear our neighbors talking and laughing loudly at 12midnight+ as well as early at 7am+.

With this price range, I have stayed a few others similar hotel before, but I most satisfy with 1 Million.. Their towel has a clean and comfy smell, bed are comfortable, bathroom amenities most complete and they even gave extra toilet paper in bathroom. Location is also superb with many eateries and shops nearby.

Value for money. One of the better hotels out there. Check-in and out process was swift. Facilities were good and neat. I love the water pressure of the shower. Will book again when going to mount austin.

Walls are very thin so expect to hear a lot of sounds. I can even hear people snoring next door.
