The housekeeping staff were friendly and even offered me more amenities when the staff saw us arriving with two children. I was also grateful that my request to get a room with a fridge was granted by the hotel! Having a fridge in a hotel room was really crucial for me. The TV in the guest room was full of interesting Singapore TV channels to keep us occupied while resting in the room.

The main street in front of the hotel had traffic jams most of the time during the day. The shower water pressure was quite low. I wished the room had dim light that could be switched on while sleeping because we had to choose between bright light from the ceiling or no light at all.

Value for money hotel conveniently located between Mount Austin and Johor Jaya, with ample basic facilities for a short term comfortable stay. Friendly and accommodating customer service (day & night), great television reception with free 24h movie channels, strong efficient AC, slippers provided.

Water flow was slightly weak, had to use the rain shower during my stay, sound proofing was thin as I could hear my neighbours talking along the corridors and opening/closing their doors clearly, insufficient power points in the room, soft humming and vibration felt on the bed side at certain hours of the day.

Check-in with ease, friendly staff, although the room is not new but worth for the price we paid for. And opposite (just across the street) has a famous lok lok restaurant, ramly burger, mamak, indian restaurant and many more.

More of a wish they have a curtain outside the bathroom as the window is transparent, usually we will leave a small light on when sleep, but regardless which light we on, it is still quite bright.

very clean hotel with fresh smell. the rooms are large and clean. the toilets are dry and don't have a wet moldy smell like some other budget hotels in the Mount Austin area. Location is good and close to most of the restaurants. ample parking in front of hotel

Sushi Cafe, steam boat plce along the same row. MACDONALD less than 10mins walk. Found a wanton mee shop, superb the noodle 🍜. 30mins walk u be pleasantly surprised wth those eateries 🥢🍴

The room quite spacious that exceed my expectations, make my family feel really comfort. The bed very2 comfort, feel like we dont want to wake up in the morning..haha 😬

My wife cannot use hair dryer because of like burn smell when she switch on the dryer.

All parts in thr hotel are old except the interior of rooms. Some refurbishment will be good, especially the carpet..

location is good, room is big, all room provided sanitary facilities eg. tooth brush & etc., coffee bags and drinking water. and free tv movie channel.
