Feels like a fairly new hotel. Most of the stuff looks fresh and there is a guard at night looking after the cars in front of the hotel, so extra security. To be honest the location is not bad too - 5 mins walk to the mount Austin main area.

I actually saw eyelid stickers stuck on the shower room wall so there's room for improvement for cleanliness check. Do check out their prices for direct booking with the hotels, it might be cheaper.

Stay for 6 night. Clean room, bed and pillow comfy. With working desk , fridge, safety locker. Suitable for business trip.

Kids running in walkway for hours and no stuff stop them. soundproof not good. Some stuff is helpful, some doesn't even want to answer you. Just no hotel parking and need buy coupons. Every morning there will be local officer checking and summon who does put parking ticket in the morning. Despite all this still recommended.

Short 2d1n trip to JB.. location not as crowded as compared to KSL/holiday villa side. Park your vehicle with ease, their are hotel lots (subjected to availability) with security at night overlooking. Near a lot of legit massage areas.

Common as other JB hotels... not very clean, still have the musty smell, but after aircon on for couple hrs, it is ok.

room 202 just opposite housekeeping room, with annoying sound of plastic bag on day of check in until ard 7pm n start at 9am

I lost my iwatch without even knowing i left it in the sheets. After i check out 1hr later, I got a whatsapp message from the reception that they found my watch in the bed. I would like to commend the cleaning team and midori hotel for their integrity! Certainly would come back again.

Doors need to do some sound proofing

Room pretty clean but housekeeping missed clearing the fridge & door, bedframes are dusty. Other then that generally clean.

Front desk told us they cannot help to block the parking space for guest...but i saw the security guard actually placed cones to block a couple of lots in front of the hotel.

Cozy and affordable stay. Not my first time visit here. Environment and everything is still the same as compare to 5 years ago.

The only thing I don’t like is poor sound insulation. I stayed in the last room where nearby the next shop, and they are having renovation i guess, the electric drill sound is damn annoying... But can’t blame much, because this hotel is located at shop lots.

Clean room and comfy bed Shower pressure is good and well heated Hallway is clean Staff is exceptional nice. Lobby is beautifully decorated. Air-conditioning is cooling.

A bit of toilet smell into room Water marks on ceiling No halal restaurant nearby. But can always delivery order. TV channel could be better with more choices.

Cleanliness

A bit run down. the basin, not practical as there is no spaces to put toothbrush or cups etc on the basin sink. control panel for the lights are confusing and complicated. Have to walk further near the bed only able to switch on the lights of the room.

Although just a 3 star hotel but it has nice interior decoration with modern amenities.

Due to the modern standing wash hand basin, the toilet area is relatively small. Dont forget to display parking coupon or you will be summoned.
