I love the hotel concept of city in the forest. The staff were very accomodating and friendly. The room's view was also focusing on the lush green.

The pillow's sheet has a lipstick's stain. The in room dining did not let us know in advance during our stay they did not provide with in room dine. We finished with the order and everything, and was called afterwards regarding the situation. Lots of missing convenience items such as bathroom mat, tea, or instant drink sachets are upon request. This is a little thing that shouldn't be missed by this kind of hotel since more budget hotels can provide and accommodate these items without problem.

Morning breakfast and the food.So many people and ran out of food..We paid for our kiddos fees and my kids not eat at all.we going back to the room.

This place is a nice change for a family holiday as it is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I think it would appeal more to guests who are avid golf players.The scenic view of the mountains from our balcony and the manicured greenery as well as the beautifully maintained golf course was such a pleasant sight. All staff from concierge, bellboy, reception to kitchen staff were very friendly and pleasant.

As the hotel is quite a distance to the main road, a convenience shop would be a nice option to have for guests to buy tidbits or snacks.

Love the ambience, cool and serene. Love the location, far away from bustling city. The facilities are good, 3 restaurants, a mini groceries shop and there's a place to shop for souvenirs for ladies, not forgetting the golf courses if you are interested in golf. If you love the bath tub, this is the place.

Eerie a bit when the night comes. Many rooms look abandoned on the level.

Everthing is nice just like other hotels that should have.

There is some improvement needs which the management of the room and facilities need to enhance. The room is clean and comfort but the balcony if sull of leaves and dust. Besides, I am not sure whether the hotel should provide or not but there is no laundry bag and the refreshment such as coffee or tea. The swimming pool also have some leaves floating on it.

We like the spacious room. it would be great if the hotel have selection for family room example: room with 2 queen beds( for family ). The breakfast selection were good but the hotel need to do something about the flies though. F&B Staffs at the Breakfast were awesome, they are friendly and helpful. The concierge's staffs were very helpful with information too. However, the receptionist were not friendly. they seems like forever in a rush and not willing to answer questions. we didn't do much at the hotel cause the adult's pool were close for maintenance. We didn't use the kids pool because there were other guests who went into the pool with normal clothing ( tshirt/ track pants/pyjamas). Hotels should have proper rules about swimming attire.

The golf was excellent, view was amazing, the hotel rooms are making a comeback i would say since during covid they had to temporarily close. Overall, you pay for what you get & very clean (with regards to the rooms) but with staff service that are exceptional. Definitely worth staying & very family friendly too!

If you're there for the golf, the minor things wouldn't matter. Things in the room needed to be serviced/changed but overall still very clean. Not many a la carte lunch options so if you're a buffet person its great.

spacious and clean. got room with golf area view and it’s soo nice. big and comfortable bed, can fit three of us (me, husband and my baby). variety of breakfast buffet. very satisfied with our stay 🥰🥰

quite far, nothing within 15 minutes drive. also no roof parking. it was raining during our stay, husband have to drop us off at the lobby, then go park and then walk to the hotel again.

Fully equipped with open swimming pool and gym. The green surroundings are very relaxing. There is also a balcony in my room where I can sit and watch the scenery, and there is a bathtub for a comfortable bath. There are also bathrobes, refrigerators, drinks, hair dryers, etc.

The scenery in the morning is very beautiful, and at night, it is dark all around, and there is no way to sit on the balcony and enjoy the night view. I only saw lights far away. When going out at night there are too few street lights and it’s really dark
