The room size was huge and clean, the bathroom shower and bathtub was nice tough. has 2 toilets - 1 separate and the one ensuite was huge. water pressure was strong. bed was comfortable. breakfast place was bright and cosy with wide selection of breakfast and generous. ample basement car park and bright. gym looked clean and well equipped.

the shower water temperature wasn't that hot, but just slightly warm. aircon temp control wasn't working well so i turned it off but still managed to sleep comfortably. bear in mind that they only give an extra towel when requested, the toiletries (shower gel and shampoo) are just bare minimum. the pool isn't the biggest and pool chair are scarce (only 3).

As usual, the stay was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The location was good as our schedule for the week was around johor bahru area and was good that the hotel has shopping malls within minutes drive.

The last stay i experience an issue with the door. I was able to tap the card, but cant seem to open the door. And i called the service desk from another room. And they mention to get someone to assist. I waited for 10 mins and no one came up. I than went down to get front desk to ask for assistance and they mention that they will get someone up to help. I waited upstairs for another 15-20mins, and no one came. than me and my wife went down to get the front desk to have someone come up asap, as we are heading out soon. And finally after10 more mins, someone came to the door to assist. And the guy forced the door open apparently. though the 30-40 mins wait was not long, but the corridor i was waiting in was stuffy. Thus gave a bad experience.

The location was good, between Plaza Pelangi and KSL mall, with several food places around. Breakfast was reasonable for this price range and staff were quite prompt in processing check in and out during non-peak hours. The room had a bidet in the toilet, iron board, boiler, iron, one USB socket (a little loose but works), safe, water bottles, bar fridge and nice table for working, and also a single lounge chair, which is pretty good!

The room looked a little tired but nothing major to complain about. Windows were dirty so the view of the surroundings was somewhat marred by it. Bidet holder was loosen from the wall Wardrobe door cannot be closed completely to turn off the contact light of the wardrobe. Lighting was a little dark at night, good to have cove lighting in the square ceiling above.

Cleanliness is superb! Its sparkling clean. Love how spacious our suite were. Our breakfast was perfect. We were spoilt for choices. Parking was free. Staffs were super helpful and friendly.

The aircon in the room is not cold. It was very stuffy. Dine area is super warm. They couldn’t do anything about it. The door locked was battery dead. However it was fixed fast. Kuddos. The tv is very old. No nice show to watch. No Netflix to chill. We found 2 dead roaches in the room. Soap and shampoo were insufficient. Shower faucet runs slow, no water pressure. Would prefer hand held bidet for the toilet.

Comfortable bed with spacious bathroom.

The amenities should upgrade with more quality stuff as the one that provided in the room quite old and rusty (hair dryer didn't work, rusty kettle and very2 old iron board)

Location, food and rooms were more than expected.

The hot shower didn't work well and need to shower in cold water.

GPH have always been my fav since many years ago , even though im not a regular but i would stayed here once a while thruout the years . The reason i would try to stay here whenever i can , its because of the pool and the view from the pool . Been a wonderful point for me , always . 😍 I dont rmbr any specific staffs but i finally had the chance to went back here again this year and the staffs were all kind and helpful . My initial room door had issue and they assisted me on it and then changed me to another room . Everything were good except for the fridge, its not cold at all . I cant rmbr my room number but hope it will be fix . Breakfast had good spread options . The chicken rendang was the best ! Would go for the breakfast again . 👍 So, thank you GPH and staffs for the great services . Will come back again for sure ! 👍🩵

I like the spacious room with queen size bed, clean bed sheet, comforter, towel. Shower flowing water was nice; not so warm & very comforting; Drinking water provided was just enough for me to quench my thirst.

Housekeeping staff came to my room at the evening; the time when I was just returning from work; I told the staff not to bother me as I want to rest and relax after a tiring hard work; I was wondering why staff came so late; at 6pm; where else before the time the room was empty for them to do the cleaning?.

Checking in was a breeze and Staff were very friendly and polite. Room was big and view was good. I ordered room service so i could enjoy the full comfort of the room. Checking out was smooth and easy as well. Really enjoyed the stay

Bathtub bit stained and not cleaned properly but to be fair it ran hot water well and still enjoyed the invigorating hot bath. Left the cutlery for my room service meal outside the corridor but till checkout no one cleared the plates
