The room is nice, I love the unblocked view of the sky, me and my sister really enjoy staying in the hotel room and marvel at the sky view! The location is good, and a good value for money.

...the cleanliness can be improved, there are fine dust scattered at the kettle area, the tv screen and on table tops...it can be very dangerous for people with sinus issues or dust allergy...since we spend a lot of time in the hotel room, it'd be very nice to have it sparkling clean. It would be nice to have a clear instructions on how to use the phone, there are times we want to call the front desk but failed, the e-request QR code provided was useless, maybe a regular updates would be nice

Staff Salman did not read my request and gave room which was the one that I had requested . Straight answer to my face with an attitude telling me the hotel rooms are full. I have made full payment upon booking. I don't mind giving up the request if he spoke to me nicely without showing his attitude behaviour. I'm so upset with the service now at the front desk. Last time all the staff were friendly but nowadays I gave a poor rating for the staff at the front desk. And the lift was so slow , we gave up and took the service lift.

big tv size is v gd. breakfast - we were late, so some foods were gone. gd if we can have morning calls so we reach there earlier.

bed - the blanket made me itch. fridge was empty. thought there would be some drink options there. esp if we need to drink something late at night.

The apartment is very spacious, high storey with fantastic view. Friendly check-in staff.

There is no microwave to heat up food. The residence swimming pool is ok, but the hotel pool is more for kids. Have to pay rm50 to enter the dino theme swimming pool We didnt enter because the theme park does not look worth the money.

It was a great experience staying at KSL hotel. The hotel is very convenient and nearby the KSL mall only which allow us to explore the area more. The room is clean and the staffs are friendly. Breakfast are awesome!!It's worth the money.

The location just right next to KSL mall, which is a favourite haunt of Singaporeans, is the one of the main reason for the attractiveness of this hotel. I stayed in the service apt with 4 rooms and it is very comfortable for our 7 adults. Highly recommended for people on leisure and love the mall activities. There is also a night market every Monday night from 5pm to 9pm

Missed those disposable slippers which would have been a little cost to the hotel group but it meant a lot to the guests

The hotel location is great being near shopping mall and lots of eating choices. Easily reachable coming from Woodlands checkpoint.

Didn't expect the huge crowd that was drawn to around the Hotel's area. The shopping mall is congested with lots of people. Perhaps this is due to the June school holiday. The Starbucks coffee sucks, blend and no coffee taste. Disappointed by the experience. Disappointed when I scanned the in-room QR code, wanting to order-in for dinner, but the QR code led me to some advertisement which looks suspicious. Makes me wonder, how many of their hotel guests failed to order-in when they wanted. The rain shower head leaks and causes water to splash through its sides instead of just downwards, quite a wastage of water flowing out the sides.

KSL is surrounded with lots of eateries, inside a shopping mall, and a nice pool. No frills apartment residence, with just the basic needs and amenities. Very near driving distances to other places of interest.

TV was a surprise, feels even larger than shown in hotel pictures. 'Super king' bed was comfortable, does not feel like it has a noticeable slit/partition along the 2/3rd point of the bed, which is a semi-common issue with super sized beds in hotels. Amenities all well provided e.g. soap, towels (incl. floor and face towel) and all well-cleaned. View is great. Early check-in @ 1pm generously provided by staff member (did not get his name, but thank you). Hair dryer and kettle are present along with generic coffee and lipton tea.

There was a switch or two in the room that did not work, when needed to turn off the lights (when pressed, does not turn it off). Slight dust or minor stain on bed covers (but OK as does not appear on the bedsheet underneath). Not completely soundproof, have chair-moving and doors opening sounds that bleed through from neighboring rooms.

Room: The room was very big and nice Location : Nice location taht the bus station just at the mall that connect with hotel. Breakfast : Very nice buffet breakfast and so many variety of food. Sure will stay here again next time when visiting Johor.

View : Very bad view from my room 810, will see the roof at level 7 and a cleaning service cart that stop at there block the view of my window Lift : Basement Lift to lobby super duper very slow from every entrance of lift, dunno was it because of maintanence or anything else. Hope the lift maintanence will be done when next visit.
