Check in was very slow due to their obviously complicated booking system. Many clicks and inputs had been necessary to check us in and to cut the keys. Software need improvement. Rooms - clean tidy and much better than expected. Breakfast - nice mix between western and Asian cuisine. Got every day what I wanted. Location - KSL just opposite a Mall of the older type but Midvalley/Southkey or Paradigm is not far away - shopping no problem. The small roadside shops around the hotel area are something to explore - there is something for everyone and for me as cookie lover...... too many yummy things to try and to buy.

Actual - nothing much to say here - we, all of us enjoyed the time here. Small negative point - the huge new hotel area across the place - not nice to see but that is only for the time being, it did not disturb our stay.

Room and facilities perfect.

Purchased king bed paid in booking.com. the day before the trip received an email saying king bed fully booked and my room changed to twin bed. If the service cant be provided the paid sum should be refunded or an upgrade discounted as this is not the fault of the customer. If rooms are subjected to availability what is the point of booking and paying ahead of time. The next upgrade was an extra rm200 to the bill that was already rm810. Maybe the front desk misunderstood as i tried upgrading but she kept saying not available. Only after some time she said there is a fee to upgrade.

Good location, with full fledged hotel service! Thankful for front desk to change our room at last minute due to a leak in the room’s ceiling. This was done swiftly despite the hotel having full occupancy. Kudos to the front desk! There was also free parking and security was seen patrolling the carpark. Definitely felt safe seeing that!

Some facilities were a bit run-down, our room had a toilet door that couldn’t close. Rain shower was a bit clogged, so the water was spraying everywhere.

ROOM CLEANLINESS, LOCATION, POOL, PRICING FRONT OFFICE STAFF WAS ABLE TO ACCOMODATE EARLY CHECK IN WHEN THERE WERE NOT MUCH GUEST WHICH SOME HOTEL WERE STRICT AND GO BY THE BOOK N ONLY ALLOW CHK IN AT 3PM. SO IS A GREAT INITIATIVE BY THE STAFF AND GREATLY APPRECIATE BY US

Went to bkf at 945am...hot food were cold (had stomach after bfk and it seems to be the cold Randang chicken as it was as if it was brought out from fridge and did not warm it first before putting it inside the warmer as it takes time to warm food in it) and were not replenished promptly even though a young cook was walking around opening the cover to see. warmer seems switch off Communication was also not responded by the one of the cook when spoken to but may b is language barrier or tired from Puasa

Location was great near to many eatery. Room was spacious n clean. Infinity pool on 25th floor was the best for me n gym was just beside it. Price was great for the above reasons. Beside KSL mall so many things to do the whole day . Travelling out eas easy with Grab or taxi to Aeon / Toppan Tebra within 20-30 mins.

One thing to feedback is. The buffet which was one of the best was bit disappointed. Had breakfast, Hot dish was cold even at 930am especially the curry/ randang chicken & lemak rice, scramble egg... It was as if brought out directly from fridge before warming up.first via oven or steamer. Plus the warmer placed outside also seems to be switch off too. So this is the only point I think can be improved and I had a stomach after my breakfast 🤣

Gorgeous room with breathtaking views. Lovely window seat was an added bonus. Lots of counterspace for makeup and toiletries. Water pressure was good and easy to use. Bed and pillows was comfy.We got connecting rooms which was great. Breakfast spread was scrumptious. We absolutely love the pool! Didn't manage to try the sauna and jacuzzi but will be back to try them.

Great experience although the following points can further elevate the stay to 5star experience. Fluffier towels and bathrobe will really complete the experience. The room is already so nice. It will be nicer if we can lounge ard in bathrobes. For breakfast, only coffee or teh tarik option in the existing coffee machine. If options like cappucino and latte can be installed, that will be awesome.

Overall like the stay very much. Good location, near custom just a short drive, less than 5 min walk to KSL, hotel is clean, room is spacious, bed linen is comfy, staffs are very friendly and professional. Baby cot is clean and come with baby pillow and bolster. There are few restaurants available in the hotel building.

Only rain shower in the room. A bit difficult to shower my baby.

1.) The location was superb. Diagonally opp KSL, the exit where Family Mart/KFC/Pizza Hut is. 2.) Infinity pool was amazing regardless of day & night view. 3.) Breakfast was good! Yummy. 4.) Lift was super fast. 5.) Hotel wasn’t crowded at all times. Check in & out was super fast.

Wished the shower had a shower head + rain shower instead of rain shower only. But wells, there’re shower cap for those whom don’t wanna wash hair. But for y’all who love rain shower, this won’t be an issue.

The location is amazing. Clean room. Good staff. Amazing facilities.

1. I found the staff at the reception, during check-in, was not as friendly as the one who checked us out. The next day I just wanted to check what time the check-out is, she just replied 12. No greeting or thank you! Just left me wondering. 2. The option for breakfast was not good. Food was not hot or warm. Eggs were pre-cooked and given to us. It was cold. The breakfast needs to be improved. 3rd day didn't want to go for the breakfast and chose to dine elsewhere.

2nd time staying here so the location was great. Staff were also friendly and helpful! We ordered room service, food was good too!

The air conditioning was difficult to adjust so the room (ours was suite) got a bit warm when we sat on the bed. Also, we would have liked for more tv channels to entertain the children 😁
