Very cozy and comfortable. The room is quite small so it is easy to reach everything. Heater and tea packets provided, bathroom spacious and room is secure. My room also has tv so it doesn't feel empty. The price is really worth the stay and also very close to my next destination. Overall satisfactory!

The towel provided had a slightly unpleasant smell. When I sprayed the bathroom floor, small black dirts appeared. A bit of a downside for me but I guess it is not really affecting overall cleanliness of the bathroom

The friendly staffs. The children were so welcoming there. The place are so beautiful and clean. MasyaAllah, I love the welcoming drink (hot tea/coffee), The water machine. The cute lift. Hahaha. It's all perfect. Highly recommend this place. Come and stay here‼️ The price reasonable too. They have free drink (hot) in the room. The room and bathroom so clean, satisfying and comfortable For Muslim, They provide sejadah and Quran as well. (Need to request at the reception)

Nice hotel just across the border of Singapore. We stayed here in transit on the way from Singapore to northern Malaysia and was good for the one night.

The walls and bedsheets/towels were stained. This hotel could use some touching up. Note there is no public transit we could find near the hotel so recommend taking Grabs, was 6-8 RM to the Larkin bus terminal. Would be nicer if you have your own car but not sure about parking options.

The location is nearby to the train station to Singapore. The room is comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a snack bar, coffee, and water dispenser at the lobby which is very convenient for customer to take water, no need to buy mineral water from market.

The room is a bit dirty, just a bit at the corner of the room. And the door lock is not function well. The hairdryer is not in the room, I need to went to the reception to borrow. But overall, meet my expectation.

Affordable, and quiet. Seems like several families like to come here. We checked in at 10 pm and it was smooth, and simple. The rooms are relatively clean. Like an Airbnb, nothing fancy of sorts, wasn't expecting it to be.

Squeaky bed Only soap. No toothbrush. There's not much around, only a Mcdonalds. A Grab/taxi is definitely needed to go over to this hotel so count it in the costing.

This is first time I stay at Potpourri boutique hotel.. I really like it !!!!. the room quite conducive & clean. easy for me to pray as have a big area to put prayer mat. the bed also comfort..Location... of course, easy for me to go Taman Merdeka for jogging by walking.... A lot of fancy & good restaurant nearby... Really enjoyed during my stay

The room was comfortable and clean, the staff at the reception was very friendly. There wasn't much to look at from the huge window but it was very nice to have one nonetheless. There was a convenience store nearby that opens early, so you can pick up something for breakfast.

It's a bit further to the city center and the city bus doesn't work all that well in JB, so if you don't have a car or you don't want to rely on grab/taxis, keep that in mind.

I don't understand why people complain so much about this hotel given the price they paid for. The bedroom and bathroom are actually pretty clean. The location is also not too far from central. you can take Grab to and from everywhere. The only downside is that the room isn't soundproof so you can hear the noise from the outside but that didn't bother me at all.

Very far from city center, no buses. The street and bus stops was during reconstruction One needs to use grab taxi which is however very cheap. If You go by foot, there are sometimes no ways for pedestrians, You have to go on the road.

For such a good hotel the WiFi was a little bit frustrating! It worked fine generally but signal did drop in my room on several occasions during my stay! It works fine in reception but maybe a few boosters needed upstairs!
