Check in process was very easy, clear instructions given and simple to follow. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Bedsheets were clean and bed was comfortable. The view was also nice. Basic amenities were provided. 1 parking spot provided. Check out process was also very easy. Staff were available to respond to any queries quite quickly, good service. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The mall next door is quite dead but the location is near other spots so it was not an issue for us.

2 of the showers drained very slowly, which made it difficult to take showers. Suggest the owner to look into it.

Love the view, the adjoining balconies, the convenient stores downstairs. We also managed to cook using the stoves and heat up our food with microwave. Working water heater, aircon, wifi and netflix. Cozy and relaxing. Easy check in and check out. Friendly and responsive staff

Strange pungent smell from outside some times but we managed to avoid by closing the windows and balcony door. Strong onion smell in the bomba lift as our card cnnt work on the normal passenger lift.

Value for money, spacious unit with 3 rooms and bathrooms Super host as all the details were shared in advance, Team was always available even around midnight.

Amenities have a lot of scope for improvement. No hand towel in bathrooms. Body soap and shampoo are not good quality. Checked in to find door broken for one of the bath.

The unit is large. We were only 5 adults and 1 infant, but the unit can easily fit 7 adults comfortably with 3 large beds in all 3 bedrooms (with the sofa bed in the living room). Fast WiFi connection and decent water pressure. The unit is overlooking the Sungai Skudai, and you can view the Istana Hinggap Johor Lama.

The water heaters didn’t seem to be working for all the bathrooms.

Excellent view, spacious, sufficiently equipped, the apartment block is near to many restaurants, mini markets and across the road to Beletime Mall where Mr. DIY and AEON is located. Unit is one of the many that is being managed by the host.

The mattress was super hard! I had to purchase a mattress topper. No bath mat - so a bit tricky after shower. THe main bathroom is without bath tub though I don't think it is needed but the open drainage pipe is somewhat 'unfinished'. No bowls or large plates in the kitchen. Parking is 5 floors up!

The staff is very prompt in responding to queries and helpful. The hairdryer was not working and they sent a new one in for us immediately! It is located above a shopping mall and there are lots of shops/restaurants available. The property is clean and comfortable.

This property is a bit old, the divider for the shower compartment in one of the shower rooms is broken, some of the electrical sockets in the unit are not working, there are many flies in the shower room but no problem in sleeping room/dining room. The unit is clean and I think the flies are from the drain. The unit we get does not have sea view.
