After 2 years ......This Zoom Inn still remain the same but what I miss most is the pillow. Their pillow is of high grade standard compared to other hotel I have stay. Everything remains the same.... Professional staff as well. Everything still up to standard like before. The only best thing is... U can feel safe in this hotel cause there is a police station just beside the hotel.

Front desk staff was so considerable and helpful to us as senior citizen when we requested to stay at ground floor instead to go upstairs 2nd floor with no lift.

The place was quiet, peaceful way from the city area. The staff was nice but looks lost and could speak english.
The bedsheet was dirty, there was no toilet paper provided. I had to go back to reception to take my bath towel and the bathrooms had no doors, no floor rag, just a curtain.

The cleanliness of the hotel is bad.. can see dust everywhere on the carpet, staircase.. its like the hotel not well cleaned.. it was a clean and nice hotel back then but now its not well maintained.. seriously i am staying with kids but its not a healthy environment for a kids since its very dirty..
