Super OYO 1191 Yootel Boutique Hotel

The room was extra nice, looks very fancy. Tv is working well as well as the AC. Im not one to find any room cozy and confident in its cleanliness but I had no problem with this room.

There are few things I didnt like. First the shower, the hot water is not working its cold all the time. Secondly, there is no mirror IN THE ROOM, theres only 1 mirror in the toilet so it's kinda annoying to go back and forth. Thirdly, I dont know why the staffs arent so friendly they could at least smile, Im giving them business, but I feel like I'm getting judged for no reason 😒 You're giving a bad vibe to the guests.

One of your foreigner staff not friendly as a reception.Please assist guest more polite. The answer is not good when i ask why i cannot get the room rate . I ave to pay more.I booking thru booking.com.When i arrived your reception said i have to pay more.He said if i dont agreed i have to call booking.com by myself.As a front desk he should have to help me settle the problem.Your front desk staff is not friendly.

Easy to find restaurant and near to store in town.

I notice that in the room, there was a cctv. My family is not comfortable with that. I hope that the property could manage this situation.

Clean & fresh smelling bed! The bed can sleep 2 adult & 1 child comfortably... Walking distance to convinient store & mamak restaurant. Also huge middle east restaurant.. Comfortable large room with qiblah direction. Ample space to perform solat. Quiet & serene place with lovely greenery view.

The bathroom should be cleaned regularly.. need some brushing & scrubbing with sodium hypocholorite to avoid mould.

We stayed in the same room since the first time we booked this place. I had nothing but glowing review for this hotel, in fact, I still do. The environment is great, it's easy to get food, it's peaceful and quiet and the room was comfortable and clean enough compared to other hotels with the same price range but...

... Like I said we've stayed in the same room for the past 3 times, probably not the hotel's fault but the walls did looked a bit dirty (there were stains), the toilet door had been scribbled on and the bedstand lightbulb was not functioning. But other than that, everything else is great!

This hotel is in perfect location Clean and well maintened Free parking facility Near to highway and lot of food shop Other than minor issue from above I recommend this hotel for short stay.

- centralised water heater sometimes working and sometimes not working. - don't have water filter/purifier for customer to refill water. - my room at level 1 has window exactly in front of another opposite shop it was a car wash , so if I open the window curtain and clear cloth the worker from opposite shop can see my room, I suggest hotel management to install half window tinted to avoid the people from opposite shop see our room. It's just a suggestion.

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner.

Need to bring access card everytime wanna go out. Its hard for the family members stay in the room.

Everything, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff made sure our stay was pleasant considering we checked in around midnight. The area was a bit quiet but it's great cause its peaceful. There are tones of parking spaces around the hotel. We look forward to staying there in the near future. Keep up the amazing work!

Great shower pressure, great room size, comfy bed, ample parking, eateries and near town.

none that i dislike, this is my 5th stay if i can recall.
